SYNOPSIS

Duration: Sept 2015 –Present. Position: Facilities Engineer.Responsibilities

Acting as a technical consultant for all type of work such as but not limited to Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Carpentry and Plumping as per Facilities Managements standard.

All the work status of defect, malfunction and rectification reporting directly to Facilities Manager.

Ensuring firefighting and fire alarm systems are fully operational. Maintaining the stock card Where appropriate to the property organization chart, required to be fully responsible for the

maintenance functions of the facility. Liaise with vendors, suppliers and contractors on maintenance works and follow up on actions

taken for these works. Planning and organizing approved training programs for the technicians. Need to ensure that all the technical reports, files and records are compiled accurately and

promptly and submitted to the FM as and when required.

Need to ensure that all technicians joining the site are given thorough orientation on and are subsequently examined on:

- All fitted equipment.- Stopping and starting procedures.- Normal running parameters of assets.- Emergency and safety procedures.- Filling in of all documents handled by technicians i.e. Fault Report Form, PM Check list,

Daily Critical checklist.All the AMC service providers and vendors should be under monitoring and supervision.

All incidents and accidents however minor reporting to the Facilities Manager. Below is the detail of system / equipment has to be checked on daily basis, as per the critical

checklist.i. Chillers

Need to attend the morning briefing with all the staff on daily basis, and ensure the briefing is logged.

The content of the briefing should cover, CM & PM work, handling tools, usage of material and information regards to daily operation.

All the PM & CM work status updating in the Protues MMX software on daily basis. These are the following report which has to be updated on daily basis;

a. Preventive Maintenance complete and pending status.b. Corrective Maintenance complete and pending status.c. Attendance for all the staff.d. Daily monitoring & Recording checklist.

These are the following report which has to be updated on weekly basis;

a. Consumables stock inventory record.b. Purchase Requisition status.

Need to check and ensure the details and specification of material, scope of work required to

issue purchase requisition.

Duration: Sept 2013 – May 2015.Position: Facilities Engineer.Responsibilities

Provide technical support to the engineering team in executive projects.  Investigate technical aspects and root cause of problems. Coordinate with technicians in developing engineering designs.  Develop preventative measures to prevent recurrence of problems.  Concentrated in security systems like Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV cameras and Gate barriers. Coordination with HVAC technicians for the maintenance and installation. Giving theoretical advice to the electricians about the switch gears and machineries. Checking the BMS systems (DDC,DPS,HVAC sensors etc.) Checking the motor drive units like VFDs. Collecting common snags and rectifying within the dead line periods.

Duration: Sept 2012 - Sept 2013 Position: Building Management System (BMS) Engineer (PLC, SCADA)

Responsibilities

Coordination with the technical section, the supplier, and consultant for all project BMS works and revising the related technical submittals.

Coordination with electromechanical materials suppliers to provide the BMS provisions in their equipment.

Panel boards coordination with the suppliers to provide the panels matching with the projects specifications, final approved panel board schedules, control and monitoring BMS points and correct components.

Installation supervision of the project BMS works for electromechanical equipment for the following:

Cable trunking for all project areas. CCTV monitoring and trouble shooting. All main distribution boards. AHU’s and FCU’s BMS controllers, XL web controllers (Honeywell(CARE 500), Siemens and

Schneider). Pumps control through BMS and local control panels. Motor control panels assembly for different types of AHU’s and FAHU with different power

ratings. Modification on building drawings and preparation of As-Build drawings.

J J GROUPS OF TECHNOLOGIES MANGALORE,INDIA

Duration : Nov 2008 – Mar 2012 Position : Technical Engineer Project: FUTURE GROUP, MANGALORE, INDIA: The scope of project includes the installation of HVAC, FIRE ALARM and CCTV Systems with HONEYWELL. The Building Automation was handled by HONEYWELL and SCIEMENS software.

Responsibilities

Performing the electromechanical equipment maintenance for the following: Chillers and Pumps. AHU’s, FCU’s controls and DDC’s. Fire pumps systems maintenance/installation. Electrical systems and load calculations. BMS system updating and maintenance. CCTV system maintenance and installations. Public address system maintenance, modifications.

EDUCATION _
