Responsibilities in Production Planning Control Department /Project Planning Study of “Purchase Order” file and Technical Specification given by the Customer. Arranging & attending the Kick off meeting Coordinating for QAP, Drawings, Painting Scheme. Preparation of Manufacturing schedule in MS Project. Preparation of detailed manufacturing plan. Capacity , Resource and Man power planning. Preparation of material procurement plan. Follow-up with purchase dept. for receiving raw material on time.

Preparation and submission of Weekly Progress report to customer & internal Top management.

Study of manufacturing drawings. Arranging management review meeting. Planning of MAKE or SUBCONTRACT the equipment. Issuing material indents for structural items. Preparing & issuing layout and cutting list to production. Expediting and controlling the project as per prepared schedule. Prepare contingency plan if project is getting delay. Vendor development as and when required. Verification of bills generated by Contractors/ sub-vendors. Interactions with inspection agencies like EIL, LRIS, and BVIS etc. Get approval and dispatch clearance for our equipment from Quality Control.. Preparation of job analysis report (Job History Sheet)

Achievements in GEI INDUSTRIAL SYSTEMS / GEI POWER LTD & BILFINGER PLANT Along with GEI Industrial Systems Ltd, also Worked as Production Planning & Control

Engineer in GEI Power Ltd (Sister concern unit of GEI) , engaged in Fabrication of heavy structure, supplying power plant equipments of Air Cooled Steam Condensers & all structural parts of Air Cooled Heat Exchangers.

Production & Planning activity for Shree Cement project 2x 150 MW. Planning & scheduling of 10 projects of Air cooled steam condenser & Air cooled Heat

exchangers running at same time including Shree cement, Auromira Power plant, Super smelters ltd power plant, Thermax ltd, Jaypee, Essar ,L&T, BORL etc.

Handled Eight vendors with a Manpower of overall 175-200 people for Planning & execution of 10 projects at a single time.
