Job involves:

¬ Performed successfully Redeployment of more than 250 Motorola sites, supervising of

site dismantling, packing, transportation to another location re-installation,

commissioning and acceptance with customer OOREDOO.

-Site acceptance testing of 2G,3G,LTE,Microwave,Rectifier,and civil works and reports.

-Trains subcontractors to installation and commissioning of 2G, 3G, LTE, Rectifier and

Antenna systems.

-Visiting warehouse to control costs and improve efficiency.

- Supporting surveillance technicians and sub contactors trouble shooting problems

related with 2G, 3G, LTE,Microwave,Routers and Rectifiers within CO period.

-Participate in site surveys for design of GSM network and provide report.

-Immediate level intervention in the event of an incidents and triggering of escalating

procedure before the site has been finally handover to the client.

- Performed successfully hardware replacement twin TRE to MC_TRE and RRH more

than 350 on air sites in short period.

-Conduct civil works solutions on site issues and report.

-Perusal and validation of site built BOQ.

-BSC and TC and BTS commissioning and maintenance B6 to B12 versions.

-Implementation of IBS solutions with best professional way without disturbing aesthetic

of buildings.

-excellent knowledge of Rectifier software’s POWERSUIT(version 1 to 5)

,ACM1000,ACM1D,ACM3D which is used most of Vodafone sites ELTEK,AEG,SAFT

POWER systems.

- Achieved with Vodafone acceptance team more than 500 sites critical snag clearance

progress, and cleared as emergency on time with customer where most of the site issues

are related civil, 2G, 3G, Microwave and Rectifiers. Also solved AC power and Rectifier

air-condition issues.

-Lead maintenance team. Providing technical support and training to subcontractors and

FLM team to integration of Indoor and Outdoor sites and power system, Rectifiers and

Batteries maintenance and load testing in Vodafone sites.

- VLAN testing, IP configuration.

-Generator preventive maintenance and external alarms testing with NOC.

-Excellent knowledge of Site external alarms, creating ,testing fault find out .

-Provided ELTEK power installation and commissioning training to subcontractors

ETISALAT ABUDHABI Project.

- Creation of external alarm box for ALCATEL BTS which using as normally open type

in QTEL site and External DC POWER.

2. MOTOROLA.QATAR, February 1995-May 2000 GSM commissioner.

-Warehouse visiting and reporting. Optimizing equipment use, considering short term

rental and improving receiving items etc .

Commissioning of MOTOROLA BTS and BSC.

Cell cabinets, TOPCELL cabinets and micro-cells, in accordance with floor plans

designed by System Engineers of the network operator [Q-Tel].

- Installation of cable ladders, routing of RF cables and power cables from Rectified

Power Supply to GSM Base Station equipment.

- PCM cable [signaling links] routing from BSC's to various DDF's at

OOREDOO exchanges

- Installation of DIU's [at MSC's], RXCDR's, and BSC cabinets

- Repair of BTS4 fans and MCell fans

- Drive-testing the GSM network in Qatar for fault finding using the ERICSSON TEMS
