DESCRIPTION
A retrospectiva é uma prática para melhoria contínua que está presente na maioria das técnicas/frameworks ágeis, tanto para o gerenciamento de projetos quanto em um nível mais executivo. Apesar disso, existem técnicas que podem a tornar mais efetiva, incentivando a colaboração das pessoas e gerando ações que realmente agregam valor para esse processo. O objetivo dessa apresentação é apresentar um framework para condução de retrospectivas ágeis.TRANSCRIPT
