Special Subsidy for Repeat Overseas Buyers
The HKTDC will subsidize your hotel accommodation in Hong Kong of up to 2 nights when you stay in one of our
pre-selected hotels during the nights of 26 February – 5 March 2018 (i.e. both nights are inclusive).
Entitlement of hotel subsidy (accumulative total):
Successful applicants are required to visit both fairs and collect 3 stamps in separate day (i.e. at least one stamp
collected at Gem Show and one stamp must be collected at Jewellery Show) in order to enjoy the subsidy.

1. Your company and you MUST be a PAST OVERSEAS TRADE BUYER for the Hong Kong International Diamond, Gem & Pearl Show 2018
(HKIDGPS) and Hong Kong International Jewellery Show 2018 (HKIJS) (i.e. your company or you visited the 2017 edition of the fairs) in order to be
entitled to the above sponsorship programme. 2. HKIDGPS and HKIJS are open for business visitors only where visitors under the age of 18 will not be admitted. 3. Exhibitors of HKIDGPS & HKIJS are not eligible for the above sponsorship programme. 4. The 2 Nights Hotel Subsidy Programme is offered to Pre-Approved overseas trade buyers only. 5. If your company or you have applied for Air + Hotel Package, Travel Reimbursement or any other buyer sponsorship programmes of HKIDGPS and
HKIJS, applications for this sponsorship will not be processed. 6. Applications shall be made by email to [email protected] with completed application form, credit card details and business card copies on or
before 26 January 2018. 7. Each company is entitled to only one room at one hotel from 26 February – 5 March 2018 (inclusive). This offer is available on a first-come-first-served
basis and subject to room availability.
8. If your company information is not the same as on the application form; or company information provided in the application form is incorrect, HKTDC
reserves the rights to void this sponsorship without prior notice. All hotel charges will be settled on your account. 9. Your company information and personal particulars must be identical to the information on your application form, business card and passport. 10. You must show up at the HKIDGPS 2018 / HKIJS 2018 and complete a questionnaire when collecting the Hotel Subsidy Voucher at the “Buying
Mission Service Counter”. The person collecting the Hotel Voucher and the stamps must be the same person applying for this programme. 11. Acknowledgement Letter, the original copy of passport with landing slip, boarding pass, air ticket receipt and business card MUST BE
presented upon the collection of hotel voucher and stamps.
12. Successful applicants applying for subsidization are required to visit both fairs regardless of the number of nights subsidized. 13. Hotel will levy one-night charge on your credit card if you do not show up on the specified date. 14. If the choice of hotel is fully booked, HKTDC will designate a hotel to the applicant. 15. HKTDC reserves the rights to vary the terms and conditions, change or terminate the sponsorship programme without any prior notice. In case of
disputes over this sponsorship programme, the decision of HKTDC shall be final and binding. I agree that the above information may be used by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) for incorporation in all or any of its database for direct marketing and business matching (and may therefore become available to the public within and/or outside of Hong Kong for use by them), and for any other purposes as stated in the Privacy Policy Statement (available at http://www.hktdc.com/mis/pps/en). Cross Fair Bonus for Repeat Overseas Buyers
The HKTDC will sponsor your business trip to Hong Kong of up to HKD1,500 (approx. USD192) during your stay between
27 February – 5 March 2018 (inclusive). Entitlement of Travel Reimbursement (accumulative total):

Successful applicants are required to visit both fairs and collect 3 stamps in separate day (i.e. at least one stamp
collected at Gem Show and one stamp must be collected at Jewellery Show) in order to enjoy the subsidy.
Successful applicants will be requested to present the original copy of passport with landing slip, business card, boarding
pass and e-ticket receipt upon the reimbursement collection. The HKTDC reserves the right to reject any reimbursement
requests should there be any informational discrepancies on the passport, landing slip, boarding pass and e-ticket receipt.

Terms & Conditions 1. Your company and you must be a PAST OVERSEAS TRADE BUYER of Hong Kong International Diamond, Gem & Pearl
Show 2018 (HKIDGPS) and Hong Kong International Jewellery Show 2018 (HKIJS) (i.e. your company or you have visited the 2017 edition of the fairs) in order to be eligible for the Cross Fair Bonus Programme.
2. Your company must not be an exhibitor of HKIDGPS or HKIJS. 3. If your company or you have applied for Hotel Sponsorship, Air + Hotel Package or other buyer sponsorship
programmes of HKIDGPS or HKIJS, applications for this sponsorship will not be processed. 4. Each company is entitled to one offer of cross fair bonus programme only.. This offer is available on a
first-come-first-served basis. 5. Applications without attaching a photocopy of the applicant’s business card will not be processed. 6. Once your application has been approved, we will send the acknowledgement letter to you within 4 working days. 7. You must visit the fair and collect customized stamps from the “Buying Mission Check-in Counter” in order to qualify for
the incentive. Only 1 stamp can be collected on each fair day. 8. Successful applicants must show up in the fair and complete a questionnaire when collecting the reimbursement at the
“Buying Mission Check-in Counter” in the fairground. 9. The original copy of acknowledgement letter, passport with landing slip, business card, boarding pass and e-ticket
receipt MUST BE presented upon the reimbursement collection. The HKTDC reserves the right to reject any reimbursement requests should there be any informational discrepancies on the passport, landing slip, boarding pass and e-ticket receipt.
10. The HKTDC reserves the rights to vary the terms and conditions, change or terminate the sponsorship programme without any prior notice. In case of any dispute over the programme, the decision of HKTDC shall be final and binding.
