Purpose of Grant:Program and operating support for Positive Mpact. Positive Mpact is a Christian
Ministry that works to convene and engage Christians and Christian leaders
about ways to work together and ways to form a meaningful new alliance within
the body of Christ.Luke Luna, the President of Positive Mpact spends a tremendous amount of time
meeting individually with men and women in one-on-one sessions and in groups
having conversations regarding Christ.In addition Positive Mpact participates and facilitates ongoing prayers and prayer
meetings.Reports: Positive Mpact submitted a full and complete report on July 23, 2015 of its
expenditure of the 2014 Program and Operating Support grant. In addition
Positive Mpact provided a completed 2014 tax return. The report and the tax
return reflected that the grant was properly used to support the ongoing Christian
Ministry provided by Positive Mpact.
Diversions: To the knowledge of the grantor, no funds have been diverted to any activity
other than the activity for which the grant was originally made.
Verification. The grantor has no reason to doubt the accuracy or reliability of the report from
the grantee; therefore, no independent verification of the report was made.
