If you are unable to return to your original dealer, contact your local Mazda dealer to schedule a turn-in appointment. m Ensure all contracted payments and miscellaneous fees are paid to MFS. m Call your local DMV to find out if your state requires license plates to be returned at lease-end. Bring the following to your lease-return appointment: m Toolkit and spare tire, if applicable. m All sets of keys (masters/remotes/valet), if applicable. m Owner’s Manuals. m Any original equipment on your vehicle at lease inception (radio, headrests, third-row seat, tonneau/cargo cover, etc.). m Ask the dealer to record the mileage, and don’t forget to sign the Odometer Disclosure Statement and ask for a copy. Capture the name of the Dealer associate that helped with the return. m MFS will send you a Lease-End Invoice if you have any unpaid payments, late fees, and miscellaneous charges*. The Invoice will also include Excessive Wear and Use charges, Excessive Mileage charges, and Disposition Fee, if applicable. These items may be taxable. m Immediately cancel any electronic payments you may have set up. m If you have a security deposit, it will be applied to any Lease-End Invoice charges, if applicable. RETURNING YOUR VEHICLE AT LEASE-END

m Examine possible excessive wear and use on your vehicle and make any necessary repairs*.
