Highlights of Meeting• Bong Lim presented the event plan of Adworks. The body approved the overall

Staying Alive concept and design with some suggested minor modifications. Essentially, the Homecoming Event will have 3 significant dates:– Jan. 7 mini event: Staying Alive…through sports (badminton and basketball

1-day sportsfest, with optional golf tourney)– Jan. 14 mini event: Staying Alive…in the community (career talk for

graduating students/bridge to the future program, cyber lounge/internet ready PC donation, Coffee Break Showcase Donation for DB Teachers.

– Jan. 21 grand event: Staying Alive…the celebration! The homecoming party.Details of concept and all the events are in a separate file prepared by

Adworks..• Bong Lim assigned to present budget estimate and detailed implementation plan

in the next meeting.• Collection was conducted on those present to augment the batch fund and start

off the donation drive. P14k was collected from those present. Atty. Mon Hildawa reported total batch fund to date of around P82K. Financial Report to be published by Mon in the e-group for everyone’s information.

• DBTI 81 Silver Egg, Inc. to be formed to handle legal entity issue and for us to be able to provide O.R.s to sponsoring companies – incorporation and registration assigned to Odie and Rhoel.
