Education is KEY!!!!This is EASY, there’s a natural connection between children and animals!!

• Have a “Be Kind to Animals Week” in your school!!!• Invite a representative to speak from the spay/neuter clinic.• Invite a K-9 unit to come in and show working dogs.• Invite your local shelter to send a representative to talk with older

grades about laws and the importance of spay/neuter• Hold a free shot clinic at your school for low income families.• Raise money to provide families with low income the cost of a spay or

neuter.• Have a pet food drive at your school.• Sponsor a pet at the shelter.• Invite those who provide pet services to come in and speak about

their careers.
