The Partnership Agreement between the Stand with Pike Family Reference Group and Te Kāhui Whakamana Rua Tekau mā Iwa Pike River Recovery Agency was signed at the end of July 2018. The Partnership Agreement was reviewed and confirmed by the parties in January 2019. The parties have reviewed the way they have worked together in accordance with the terms of the Partnership Agreement. The parties are pleased with the progress that has been made to date in the manned re-entry and recovery of the Pike River Mine drift, and with the way in which a trusted relationship has developed between the parties based on fairness, respect and transparency. The parties have not identified any provisions of the Partnership Agreement that require amendment. The parties agree to continue to work together in accordance with the terms of the Partnership Agreement and review it again in 12 months. Date of Review: 28 April 2020
