Sekundäre Endpunkte: iDFS (inkl. sekundäre Primärmalignome nicht Mammakarzinom), DFS, OS, DRFI, PRO, Sicherheit
Strahlen- und endokrine Therapie entspr. lokaler Leitlinien erlaubt
* Die neoadjuvant systemische Behandlung mit mind. 6 Zyklen Chemotherapie und einer Gesamtdauer von mind. 16 Wochen, inkl. mind. 9 Wochen anti-HER2 Therapie und mind. 9 Wochen einer Taxan-basierten Chemotherapie. Ein dosis-dichtes Chemotherapieregime war auch erlaubt. Duale Anti-HER2 Therapie war im neoadjuvanten Setting ebenfalls erlaubt. # Patienten die aufgrund eines UEs die Therapie mit T-DM1 beenden und bei denen das UE nicht im Zusammenhang Trastuzumab steht, konnten die Therapie mit Trastuzumab komplimentieren. DFS: disease-free survival (krankheitsfreies Überleben); DRFI: distant recurrence-free interval (Fernrezidiv-freies Intervall); ER: Östrogenrezeptor; iDFS: invasive disease-free survival (invasiv-krankheitsfreies Überleben); OS: overall survival; (Gesamtüberleben); PgR: Progesteronrezeptor; PRO: Patient-reported Outcomes.
