Methodology The study employed a mixed methodology
approach (Qualitative and Quantitative survey)
Quantitative designing a public questionnaire,
phrased in both Arabic and English Ethical approval conducting a pilot distribution distributing some 800 online questionnaires

Qualitative. Guided by the literature review
will involve selecting members of the industry for semi-structured interviews,
so comparisons with previous findings can be made during the analysis within selected theory.

This requires an extensive investigation by engaging the stakeholders (public and industry leaders)
To answer the research question What are the key factors affecting e-
commerce adoption in the tourism industry in Saudi Arabia?
Therefore, theory and mixed methodology will be applied to achieve the thesis goals.
