Open to Madison County residents only. Exhibit must be made by the exhibitor, and completed since the last county fair; no previously entered exhibits may be re-entered. No fee for Floral Hall entries. One entry in each class; exception: “other than listed” classes. Once entry is submitted you must leave the judging area! No exhibitors to remain in Floral Hall once judging commences! This is an individual competition, no group entries accepted. Family friendly entries only will be accepted. Food and vegetable exhibits must be displayed on a heavy disposable plate, with multiple pieces enclosed in large zip lock bag. Your exhibits will be on display in air-controlled facility from entry, July 26 th , through pickup on August 5 th . No early pickup allowed. The Fair Board will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any exhibit. 2017 MADISON COUNTY FAIR

last county fair; no previously entered exhibits may be re-entered. No fee for Floral Hall entries. One entry in each class; exception: “other than listed” classes. Once entry is submitted you must leave the judging area! No exhibitors to remain in Floral Hall once

judging commences! This is an individual competition, no group entries accepted. Family friendly entries only will be accepted. Food and vegetable exhibits must be displayed on a heavy disposable plate, with multiple pieces enclosed

in large zip lock bag. Your exhibits will be on display in air-controlled facility from entry, July 26th, through pickup on August

5th. No early pickup allowed. The Fair Board will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any exhibit. All entries should be picked up on Saturday, August 5, 2017, from 9:00-11:00 a.m.
