Pam Castellanos 609-984-6755Your district was issued a QSAC placement letter, which placed the district on a continuum for each of the five areas that were evaluated in the district performance review (DPR). As that letter indicates, your district did not achieve at least 80% of the weighted indicators in the DPR area of instruction and program.Included in your districts DPR file is a template for your district improvement plan (DIP). Please develop your District Improvement Plan (DIP) to address the failed DPR indicators highlighted in yellow below:DPR: Instruction and Program 1, 2, 3, 4, 7I have taken the districts approved DIP and: Deleted indicators that no longer need to be addressed
Added indicators that now need to be addressed (I&P #1)
Renamed indicators that have been revised since the districts initial DIP submission (I&P 2, 7)
Please revise the DIP and email it to [email protected] by April 1, 2013.
