Batteries Remove the tab from the battery. Allow to aerate for at least 1 minute. Remove the battery door from the module. (1) Insert the battery into the battery door (you can use the magnet on the end of the cleaning brush provided). (2) Reinsert battery door to the module.

Inserting the module Place the module into the module recess in the silicone mould with the diamond logo facing out. Gently press on the logo until you hear the retention points click into place.Do not press multifunction button while inserting the module.

Power on/off Press the multifunction button until you hear “Welcome to Vario”. To power off, press and hold the multifunction button until you hear “Goodbye”.

Removing the module With your index �inger supporting the bottom of the silicone mould, use your thumb to gently �lex the top of the mould backwards. Carefully dislodge the module.

Changing programs Press the multifunction button to cycle through the programs. When you turn on your Vario Revolutions for the �irst time, or after replacing the battery, the �irst program in the cycle is automatically selected.When you turn on your Vario Revolutions again, the last program used is automatically selected.

Sleep modeYour Vario Revolutions will automatically go to sleep after a predetermined period of inactivity. You will hear “Sleep in two minutes” before entering sleep mode. Press the multifunction button once to reset the timer and delay sleep mode. Press the multifunction button to awaken from sleep mode.

Comms modeIf you have comms mode, you can use a neck loop to connect your Vario Revolutions to your smart device, mp3 player or walkie talkie. Cycle through the programs until you hear “Comms” and follow the instructions supplied with your neck loop.

Note: Your Vario Revolutions use size 312 air zinc batteries. All air zinc batteries deteriorate over time regardless of usage.

TroubleshootingTry the following if you find that your modules won’t turn on, emit a buzz or whistle, or the sound is distorted:1. Replace the battery and make sure that it is aerated for a minimum of one minute before insertion.2. Ensure that the battery and battery door are correctly inserted into the module.3. Make sure that the module is securely situated in the silicone mould.4. Ensure the silicone moulds are clear of blockage.
