We specialize in providing personalized security & consulting services to our clients in Delhi NCR & all
over India. We're a strong team of dedicated professionals from police & defense background known
to prepare any premises with counter attack measures from any threats to your security. Trust and

provide body guards, bouncers, security guards, security supervisors and other manpower services
depending on requirement for events and also on contract basis for large organizations and small

infrastructure consisting of well trained, dynamic and young professionals dedicated to provide

Housekeeping & Manpower Services
Our primary business is to provide security services; however we have a dedicated department that
handles housekeeping & facilities management. Our service crew has a highly experienced and
qualified team that has developed its housekeeping & facilities management service through
evaluation of the needs of its end users. We aim at maximizing value and efficiency for our clients,
delivering neat and flawless premises that literally shine. Housekeeping services can be hired for
commercial buildings like shopping malls, departmental stores, offices, hospitals and this list is
endless. We’ve been catering to our clients across Delhi NCR since last thirty years plus and have
expertise in providing professional cleaning services. A clean workplace enhances your esteem and
attracts positive energy as experts say. We use eco-friendly products only promoting a healthy
environment for you and other occupants of your premises. As we’re experts at this, once we take

Recruitment
The preliminary selection of candidates interested in joining Lakshay Group is conducted at
our recruitment centers & mobile recruitment camps. The screening process involves review
of academic qualifications and physical quality in line with our recruitment policies.
Address & credentials of the selected candidates are duly verified prior to deployment. Police
verification is mandatory for all our employees.

Trainers at our academy are from Army & Defense background ensuring maximum
participation in our 7-day training program. Training is strictly as per Army guidelines.
Deployment
After successful completion of training, candidates are deployed at various sites depending on
candidate’s personal aptitude, efficiency & individual scores in training.
Candidates undergo further on the job training, where our instructors train them on client
specific SOPs for each position.
Client Support
Our 24-hr operational control room ensures all emergencies are attended to within 30 minutes
or less. If your complaint is not handled appropriately, you can escalate it to the next level.
Escalations process is very customer friendly dedicated to ensure client satisfaction.
Security Audits
We carry out security audits as a routine every month free of cost. This team provides valuable
inputs to improve upon existing security procedures based on our findings.
Quality Control team carries out surprise visits during night to fight indiscipline.
Client servicing team takes feedback from you on a regular basis to enhance productivity &
resolve any issues pro-actively.

Training & Development for Housekeeping staff
Team members receive a thorough orientation that includes training in Safety Protocols and
Procedures, Professional Conduct and Ethics, and Anti-Harassment as well as extensive on-the-job
training.
After orientation our team members never stop learning. To assist in the ongoing development of
each team member, we actively support the many independent training initiatives of our partner
training companies, including a variety of external and internal classroom-based training programs.
To ensure maximum participation throughout our organization and to optimize efficiency we have
invested in self-directed computer based training programs and our library of video-based programs
for juniors & supervisors. Team members (juniors), supervisors, managers, and/or Human Resources
personnel actively participate in additional training to complement their unique responsibilities at
Lakshay Group. Supervisors and managers are required to attend supervisory training courses at
least quarterly, and Human Resources team members receive ongoing training on topics to ensure
awareness and compliance with the latest changes within our industry.
Client Support
Our client servicing team is available to serve you all days of the week, even on national
holidays. If your complaint is not handled appropriately at first level, you can escalate it to the
next level.

Standard Operating Procedures for all of our services
All statutory dues like ESI, PF & bonus etc. are taken care of by us.
Minimum two sets of uniform are provided to our guards/ supervisors/ janitors/ sweepers and
other manpower.
All manpower is trained as per Lakshay Group policy before deployment.
Suitable replacement of guard(s) or other manpower is provided in case of sickness or leave.
Quarterly on-the-job training is provided to our manpower to ensure smooth functioning of all
processes related to security management.
Security personnel are equipped to handle visitors, your employees & your clients
appropriately.
We have liaison with police and civil authorities to ensure emergencies are handled without
causing you any inconvenience.
Our Business Leaders
Mr. C.L.Bickal is our Chairman with over five years of experience in the
Police force & over thirty years of experience in the security industry. After
serving the Police force he decided to start his own company so he could
capitalize on his knowledge to serve our country independently. His goal is
to generate employment and to convert even civilians into smart &
disciplined army men.
Mrs. Madhu Bickal is our Senior Director. A Post Graduate from Delhi
University in Business administration, HR, she is responsible for
conducting interviews, screening, selection formalities and issuing of
Appointment letters for all levels of hiring for our housekeeping division.
She has over thirty years of experience in this field and we continue to
benefit from her in depth knowledge in this field & in all our endeavors at
Lakshay Group.
Group Capt. S.K. Sharma has been serving in the security industry for
more than ten years. After serving the IAF for many years and his vast
experience in the security industry he joined us as a Chief Executive
Officer. He monitors all departments that come under Security and is
responsible for field surveys, training and development of security staff,
recruitment, on-site and off-site monitoring of Guards & supervisors. He
heads Operations & Admin.
Retd. Col. Naresh Kumar Malhotra is our Executive Director. During his
career with the Indian Army, he held the prestigious appointment of
‘Joint Director’ in The Ministry of Defense. After retirement also he was
passionate about the security industry & joined Lakshay Group. The team
of three veterans from the defense forces helps us achieve the highest
standards of planning and management for Lakshay Group.
Important Note: For interview we will introduce fully trained manpower or supervisors to demonstrate to our clients the overall look and turnout of our manpower. However when we take charge we may replace those men with a suitable alternative depending on attrition and other related issues.
