JPS helps answer your questions. At JPS the primary service that we offer alongside competitive responsedevelopment is industry specifi c consulting. We apply our expertise, understanding of airports, concessions and the RFP documents themselves in the preparation of your proposal. In return, your company has an ongoing resource to utilize as questions arise during proposal development. The most common questions we are asked involve the compliance of information being submitted. JPS can help you determine whether the information you are submitting is actually what the RFP is requesting. Webelieve that each RFP tells the story of the unique lease space available and provides a sneak peek into theintentions of the review committee. When consulted we like to share our fi ndings and opinions on a given RFP with you to help your team collaborate on the production of the best proposal response possible.

JPS establishes a vision for the project at hand. RFP’s come in different sizes and shapes. While all require attention to detail, some present extraordinary opportunities that demand a particularlypowerful, strategic response. Smaller contracts that have a quick turn-around are often best responded to with a ‘less is more’ mentality, a cutting out of fl uff and excess which results in the creating of a concise, compliant bid package. At JPS our team can help you determine which RFP opportunities require abeyond the ordinary approach so that your company’s resources are strategically allocated and dispersed among the RFP opportunities you pursue. This approach increases your chances of winning the maximum number of proposals while monitoring your collective expenditure on such projects.

JPS takes the lead. At JPS we shift the weighty burden of proposal development from your shoulders to ours. While a competitive proposal requires the ongoing participation of your team, we are committed to guiding and encouraging your team every step of the way. JPS is your idea generator. When your team gets stuck on a specifi c requirement we help you get back on track and working in a direction that provides us with the information we need in a timely manner. JPS is your project manager. JPS ensures that the proposal development process has momentum when your team is occupied with the many other functions of your business. To the greatest extent possible, we simplify the requirements being requested from your team and whenever possible, complete required forms on behalf of your company. We reduce the amount of time you commit to RFP response development by 90%. The remaining 10% of effort input by your team is dedicated to providing JPS with the specifi c information we have requested, approving design elements and reviewing a fi nal draft prior to submission.

Airports, universities, hospitals, tollways and other high-end commercial real estate authorities areincreasingly focused on how respondents choose to prepare their proposal submissions. Environmentallyconsiderate bid packages are increasingly encouraged. JPS has responded to the concerns of suchauthorities by putting into place our “Green Proposal” process. In each proposal that leaves our offi ce, we include a signature note either on a tab or other form of insert in the back of the proposal that informs readers about the quality of the product they are reviewing. JPS clients support a proposal development process that shares their same concern for the global good.
