Subject: RFQ (Limited Bid) for setting up of AR/VR showcase at Rajasthan Innovation Meet

DoIT&C is in process of hiring Services for setting up of AR/VR showcase at

Rajasthan Innovation Meet to be organized on 19-20 August 2019 at Jaipur. In this

context, bid is invited in the sealed envelope for providing of these services. The

detailed scope is attached in the RFQ (Limited Bid) bidding document.

You are requested to read the bid document carefully and submit your quotation

latest by 4:00 pm of 16.08.2019 along with duly sealed & signed copy of bid document.

The bids will be opened at 4:30 pm of 16.08.2019 before the available representatives

of the participating firms.

Rajasthan Innovation Meet

1. Brief of Work:

State government is celebrating 75th birth anniversary of late Shri. Rajiv Gandhi, Former Prime

Minister of India. In this regard two days event namely “Rajasthan Innovation Meet” is being

organized on 19 & 20th of August 2019 at B M Birla Auditorium, Jaipur. The event will also

include showcasing of innovative technologies and developments in the field of Information

Technology including Augmented and Virtual Reality that the Department of Information

Technology & Communications is already working towards for the larger benefit of the citizens

and young generation.

2. Pre-Qualification / Eligibility Criteria

The selected agency is required to demonstrate the use of technology by establishing the

4. Facilitation from the DoIT&C to the shortlisted agency for set-ups of above listed

items/ solutions:

The department of Information & technology (DoIT&C) shall facilitate the agency with the

below listed during the event:

i. Set-up space

ii. Theme / Flex and booth set-up to be created

iii. LED / LCD TV Screens

iv. Power / Internet connection

v. Approval for content to be displayed

vi. Ipad / Tablet

5. Mandatory Compliance Sheet to be submitted by the Agency:

The agency is required to submit compliance of the requested in the below format on their letter

7. Price Quotation from the agency:

The agency is required to submit financial bid in following format for the above solutions

including manpower and related services that is inclusive of all applicable taxes on its letter

head in a sealed envelope.

NOTE:

The prices offered by the bidder for various items will be evaluated on composite basis

i.e., price of all offered items shall be added together and the bidder stands L-1 on

composite basis shall be considered for award of contract

8. Selection Method:

The selection method is Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS or L1) on total bid value of

technically responsive bidders..

9. Signed Document:

The successful bidder is required to submit signed copy of this document along with their

proposal.

10. Verification of Eligibility Document by DoIT&C

DOIT&C reserves the right to verify all statements, information and documents

submitted by the bidder in response to tender document. The bidder shall, when so

required by DoIT&C, make available all such information, evidence and documents

as may be necessary for such verification. Any such verification or lack of

verification by DoIT&C shall not relieve the bidder of its obligations or liabilities

hereunder nor will it affect any rights of DoIT&C/ RISL thereunder. If any statement,

information and document submitted by the bidder is found to be false, manipulated or

forged during verification process, strict action shall be taken as per RTPP Act 2012.


Terms & conditions

1. The provisions of RTPPA Act 2012 and Rules thereto shall be applicable for this procurement. Furthermore, in case of any inconsistency in any of the provisions of this bidding document with the RTPP Act 2012 and Rules thereto, the later shall prevail.

2. The Proposal should be submitted in a sealed envelope.

3. Period: Items should be setup and tested sufficiently before start of the event and services shall be available for entire duration of the event.

4. Payment Terms: 100% payment after completion of work and submission of invoice(s).
