2020Capability Statement
R-Group has been in operation since 2000. Originally established as a
Managed Services provider, the company has grown to provide a
range of services including telecommunications as a licensed carrier
(R-COM), infrastructure deployment services, unified communication
solutions (including Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams), video
conferencing and contact centre solutions, cloud services, IPTV,
Foxtel and digital signage solutions.
Significant focus is placed on being customer centric and highly tech-
nically proficient. These core tenets are clearly supported by the very
successful customer deployments undertaken by R-Group to date.

Our total recordable injury frequency rate (TRIFR) for the 2019
period was 11.3. Our Health and Safety committee reviews safety
incidents, corrective actions, and key safety performance indicators
on a monthly basis to ensure that all of our businesses are safe places
to work.

Established over 30 years ago this leading Perth based family owned company design, manufacture and supply products to aid daily living particularly for elderly and disabled people. TELECOMMUNICATION and VIDEO CONFERENCING MANAGED SERVICES
Partnering with Atos, R-Group expanded the existing Office365 functionality used by WATC with a hosted centralised Microsoft Teams telephony solution integrated into the GovNext-ICT network.
R-Group partnered with ATOS to supply DFES with an
Interactive Voice Response service. The system is designed to
poll alert information from feeds on the emergency WA
website, convert the text to speech and make the audio
available to the public via the DFES landline number.
