Richard Jennings specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing and currently represents over one million square feet of commercial real estate in the greater Los Angeles area. Along with his partner, Brian Forster, Richard completed 87 transactions in 2013 alone that included 199,876 square feet with a value of over $21 million dollars. Richard and Brians year to date numbers, as of July 2014, total 46 transactions that have included 123,608 square feet with a total value of over $11 Million Dollars.
