What does this regulation require?• RIDDOR requires all the employees and employers to

report all work related accidents.

• This includes:• Diseases• Injuries• Dangerous incidents

Why should you abide by the regulation?

• It is a legal requirement

• It enables the enforcing bodies to identify all the risks in the workplace and to investigate all the serious accidents.
