report all work related accidents.

• This includes:• Diseases• Injuries• Dangerous incidents

Why should you abide by the regulation?

• It is a legal requirement

• It enables the enforcing bodies to identify all the risks in the workplace and to investigate all the serious accidents.

• The enforcing bodies can advise how to prevent injuries in the future.

Who do the regulations affect?

If you are an employer, self employed or in control of a work premises, then you will be obliged to follow this regulation.

What incidents need to be reported?

• Deaths

• Major injuries

• Diseases

• Dangerous occurrences

• Accidents resulting in over 3 days off work
