This organization was established through thecourage of several women activist in Yogyakarta,
among others Suwarni Angesti Rahayu Sriamong others, Suwarni Angesti Rahayu, SriKusyuniati, Latifah Iskandar, Sitoresmi, Desti
Murdijana and Musrini Daruslan.These women

The idea to establish this organization emerged from a deep concern from a deep concern about tendencies of patriarchal culture, which pat a c a cu tu e, w c empowers men and weakens the position of women.
