RS100 STRIPPING UNITThe RS100 stripping head provides a safe, economical means of stripping long strings oftubing and drill pipe in or out of a well bore under pressure. The RS100 has a sturdy rubber packing element reinforced with a series of steel segments that prevent upward extrusions and rubberflow, even when sealing off high pressures. The RS100 is entirely automatic in its operation.

ADVANTAGES OF OUR RS100 STRIPPING HEAD• The RS100 has a superior element, allowing tool joints to pass at higher working pressures than

most elements on the market today without staging tools. It also has snubbing capabilities of up to 1000 psi. Therefore it is also able to handle snubbing of the most unbalanced wells. If your wellhead includes a tubing hanger spool when the drilling is done, we can also run your production leaving you with your well ready to be put online, therefore reducing costs.

• ALSO… Depending on well situations, a cap can be installed instead of a snub plate, which can be rented without a man. One of our staff can deliver the stripping head and orientate your rig crew. With 3000 psi, it is ideal for circulating out sand. The RS rubber will accept slim-hole stabbing valves without staging. It also can be used to raise and lower tubing string depths, packers, etc., without killing your well.

• Our jack can be easily converted to control all your push-pull needs for BOP sizes, 7 1/6 inch, 9 inch 11, 13 inch. It is especially helpful on slant rig applications.

• Our little jack is capable on your underbalance drilling projects. It is especially helpful in top drive rigs. Capable of handling pipe and tools in your under-balanced drilling projects.
