Madam, Sir,

It is with great pride and pleasure that I’m sharing with you today a project very dear to my heart – The Beauties and the Beasts. The last couple of years I’ve been involved in multiple foundations that care for animals.

The Art Fair for Animal Welfare mouvement was created to raise funds and awareness for three organizations that save and rehabilitate both domestic and wildlife animals. These groups we want to help do not receive any governmental funding and are entirely financed through donations.

To create awareness about our movement, we are organizing an event to raise funds and educate the public about our cause. This coming March 29 (Friday), we will host a cocktail event and art exhibit at the Livart gallery from 5 to 11pm. A dozen of world renowned artists will auction their work, accompanied by wine and food pairing, sa live performance by opera singer Sasha Djihanian, music by international DJ Yo-C (RainCoast Dog Rescue spokesperson), and silent auctions. Representatives from all three organizations and local influential personalities will be joining us.

We are looking for valuable partners who will help us ensure that the evening is a success and that all costs related to the event are covered. This way, all amounts collected will be 100% redistributed to our three beneficiaries.

Following the story of Nymous the raccoon, which made its way around the world, Rachel and Jacques started the “Refuge Nymous ” project.

the stricter prosecution and convictions of animal abusers.

Why do we want to support these organizations? Because their programs being all funded through donations, they will use 100% of the event’s proceeds towards their charity work.

*Dre Marie-Ève Vaillancourt, one of the very few veterinarians who treat local wildlife animals, also works hand in hand with the Centre Refuge Nymous.

As our event partner, you will obtain visibility toward a broad spectrum of professionals and passionate people who have embraced our cause.

Your support, through a donation to the Refugy Center Nymous, will contribute to the construction of an artesian well to supply water for the animals of the Refuge Nymous, to the realization of a trip to Lebanon by the RainCoast Dog Rescue Society to save dogs in needs over there, and to help control the population of stray cats on Montreal's South-Shore through the Catch&Release program of the Passion Compassion Veterinary Hospital.
