RISK ASSESMENTS VENUE- My house in my room DESCRIPTIONS OF HAZZARDS- 1.Hit head on wall due to low ceiling 2.Artist may hurt themselves on various objects located around the room 3.May be too hot in the room for the main principles. 4.Small walking area with equipment on the floor so they could easily trip over MANDATORY CONTROL MEASURES- 1.Make sure the principle artists are careful when they are in the room as to not hurt themselves 2.Take away any objects I do not need for my mise en scene i.e. a water glass, so there is no chance that they hurt themselves 3.Open windows for main principles so they have fresh air running through the room. Give them breaks so they do not get tired. 4.Take away any equipment that is not needed from the floor so there is less chance that the main principles will not hurt themselves. SIGNED- DATE-
