Risk Identified Resolutions ResponsibilityCamera Breakage If a camera breaks we

would need to have another camera on hand

so that we could continue filming from where we left off. Also we should

make sure that any camera we use is

equipped with a memory card so in the event that it does break the footage

is still in tact.

If the camera breaks it is the camera workers

responsibility mainly but does include the whole

group.

Worker Illness If a worker ill or cannot attend a shooting date then another will have to take over there job or it will have to be rescheduled as each person has there own job.

If a worker is ill it is the groups responsibility to replace or reschedule it.

Actor Illness If an actor cannot attend a shooting or photo shoot

for various reason then we will have to either

change actor depending on how long we have left

for shooting or we can reschedule to a date that is convenient and we can

use that free time to work on other aspects of

the project.

If an actor is ill it is their responsibility to inform

us before shooting so we can have time to

reschedule or choose another actor.

Costumes If the costume’s do not go to plan we can use

similar clothing as rock videos usually have

unconventional clothing, so this problem is easily

rectified.

It is the group’s responsibility but mainly

the one in charge of costumes to arrange the costumes for the video.

Faulty Computers When it comes to putting It is our responsibility to

the footage on the computer and editing it and something is wrong with the computer, we can put it on another

computer and save our work to a memory card

so we can access it on the group computer. We

should also make sure all our work is backed up so

that if the computer is faulty we can still use our

work.

make sure all our equipment works.

Weather If there is problems with the weather we can

either reschedule or do it in the green screen room

and try to replicate lighting.

We cannot control the weather so we can only

hope for the best.

Promotion Does not Match

If the digipak and advert do not match the video

or each other then can be easily changed but this will have to be noticed

early on so it can be reworked. It could also

lead to problems such as having to re-shoot the

photos.

It is the whole groups responsibility to make

sure our promotion matches the video.

Not Enough Funds We could encounter financial problems such

as a lack of funds. To rectify this we could

swap locations to a more accessible place and use clothes we already have rather than buying new

ones that will be only worn once.

The funds aspect is the group’s responsibility,

we need to find our own funds to use.

Incorrect Setting If one setting does not match another this can

be easily rectified, as we will be doing test shots

This again is the entire groups

responsibility and

before actually filming. easily recognized.

Lighting If the lighting does not flow properly we can use editing effects to change it so it match or re film.

The person in charge of the effects is in

charge of the lighting.
