Lock dog or cat in the house.

Sculptures may get in the way, causing crew to fall over
Have someone to look for any trip hazards.
Film crew member to look out for any trip hazards.
Cut aways of the house and workshop
Low hanging trees or branches may cause you to hit your head if you’re not looking carefully.
Walk over cut aways first, make sure you look out for any trees or low hanging objects.

Slippery Grass whilst filming.
When filming, slippery grass may cause you to slide and fall and maybe smash the camera.
Film on a sunny day, check for slippery grass and maybe tread carefully whilst walking on the grass.
Check the grass, maybe check it’s a sunny day. Filming would be easier if it was a sunny, dry day.
Weather – raining
If weather is wet and rainy, water may get in the camera lens and cause damage to the camera and camera lens.
Film on a sunny day to prevent water damage and to prevent water from getting into the lens
Sunny day, not raining, check the weather forecast and make sure that the day your are filming is sunny so that water doesn’t get into the lens.
