Description Audiences - As we are to be filming this scene using a whole class of extras any acting/filming will be done in front of a group/audience. This caution is ranked at a 5 and one that needs to be taken action on.

Description Camera Equipment - As we are to be filming at the exam hall, we will be using camera equipment. This will include a tripod, a camera, possible wires and other possible electrical equipment.

All cast and crew of a young understanding will be exposed to any

camera equipment as they are to be filmed.

Action to take As this risk is ranked at a 5 it is clear that action must be taken. We

will warn all cast/crew members that camera equipment is to be used, if they are not comfortable with this they have the option to back out. We will keep all equipment tidy and make sure no wires are

crossed/tangled in order to keep potential danger to a minimum. No equipment will be left unattended. After filming is done equipment will immediately be packed away.

Description Flammable Materials - Though we are to be filming in a legitimate college with the protection of fire alarms and smoke detectors, the possibility of flammable materials is still present. This could include items of clothing that

cast/crew are wearing or even materials within the college grounds (electrics, furniture etc)

Action to take We will pre warn all cast and crew of this potential possibility. We will limit potential of this taking place by not permitting any flammable

materials (that we are aware of) on set - for example, smoking will not be prohibited. We will take care in checking all of our electronic equipment is safe to use.

Description Materials - Glass, Non fire retardant etc - As stated prior, we are to be filming at the college grounds which are

all safety checked for such materials. However, materials such as glass from the windows or non fire retardant clothing/ furniture could be a danger on set.

Action to take We will warn all cast and crew of such possibilities. We will make

sure all filming is away from any glass/non fire retardant products (such as windows) - if we are in contact with any products we are not aware are non fire retardant, we will make sure all of our electrical

equipment is used with safety.
