To achieve effective risk governance, companies must identify the present and future risks that may arise, deter-
mining the right measures to mitigate these risks. Therefore, this Risk Governance Master Class is designed specif-
ically for senior managers and board members who are in charge of the implementation of effective Control
Environment and Risk Oversight.
The program is focused on providing practical case studies as well as conceptual learning points that can be
applied to a real-world scenario. The curriculum is based on learning by the case method, group work and personal
reflection sessions.
The dynamic future of the global convergence is expected to bring opportunities for global corpo-
rations, but can create massive threats for corporations who are not well prepared. One of the man-
datory tickets to facing globalization is an effective Good Corporate Governance and Enterprise
Risk Management practices at the board level, known as Risk Governance.
The program is focused on providing practical case studies as well as conceptual learning points that can be applied to each participant's daily profession. The curriculum is based on case-based method, group work and personal reflection sessions. Master Class Sessions

It also puts a spotlight on the risk governance challenges that are faced by stakeholders, such as investors, regulators, company boards, and minority shareholders group.
Internal Control System and Board Oversight Committee
This session will discuss about strong relationship between risk management and internal control, which will eventually help to facilitate compliance with the regulatory requirements on internal controls, as well as providing greater assurance that company’s objectives can be achieved. The discussion will further continue on the board’s vital role in overseeing management’s approach to ERM, including the determination of the enterprise’s risks appetite.
Risk Leadership and Culture; Practice Sharing in Organizations
Developing and leading an effective risk culture are the foundation of ERM. A healthy risk culture gives employees a stake in risk management. It starts at the top with the risk leadership from the board of directors and senior management and requires commit-ment and involvement across the entire organization. This session will use case studies which exhibits effective risk culture and leadership in various situations.
Cyber Risk Management
As businesses continue to turn to virtual organizations, connected information systems, and outsourcing (offsite hosting/storage, contract employees, etc.), these new ways of doing business increase the vulnerabilities to corporate assets. When a corporate network, connected to the outside world, becomes compromised, the resulting damage can be tremendous, damages and security breaches to one computer can potentially lead to meaningful financial losses throughout an entire networking community. Cyber risk Management is needed to preserve the integrity of information and corporate intangible assets.
Practice Sharing of Risk Governance and ERM in Non- Financial and Financial Services Industry
This session will discuss the best practice of Risk Governance and Enterprise Risk Management implementation in companies – both companies from financial and non-financial industries. The sessions would be facilitated by the senior risk professionals of renowned companies around the world.
