Belvedere offers nine categories of accommodation primarily graded accordingto size and deck. All cabins have riverviews, are air conditioned and comprise en-suite facilities including a shower,washbasin and toilet. They also havewardrobe storage, a desk, satellite TV,radio/music channel, telephone, hair dryer and safe.

STANDARD CAT. 1, 2 & 3: TWIN CABINS (Moselle Deck) Approx size 16sq mLocated on the lower Moselle Deck, thesecabins are equipped with a double bed (can be separated) and a porthole. Category3 is available for sole occupancy.

DELUXE CAT. 4, 5 & 6: TWIN CABINS(RHINE DECK). 7 AND 8: TWIN CABINS (DANUBE DECK) (Rhine & Danube Deck) Approx size 16sq mThese cabins are situated on the middleRhine Deck and upper Danube Deck featuring panoramic windows with Frenchbalconies. Double beds can be separated.Category 6 is available for sole occupancy.

GRATUITIES

According to international custom in the hospitality industry, tippingis accepted as the standard recognition of good service. Althoughdiscretionary, we suggest a gratuity of Euros 8 per person per nightshared amongst your crew on board.

ITINERARIES

It should be noted that the river cruise itineraries published in thisbrochure are subject to amendment. Should major changes to the portsof call, other than timing adjustments or the order in which they arevisited, become necessary, we shall endeavour to notify you in advance.Please note that in the event of adverse weather or other factorsoutside our control leading to unsuitable tidal, river, bridge or lockconditions that prevent a vessel from calling at one or more of thescheduled ports of call, alternative arrangements will be made wherepossible. Water levels, bridge and lock conditions on rivers can changeon a daily basis and in serious cases it is possible that the itinerary canbe affected with little or no warning. These changes do not constitutea major change to the holiday.

Air travel from/to the UK is included on all our river cruises togetherwith transfers from the airport to the ship and the ship to the returnairport. Our fares are based on economy class scheduled/low cost/

flights. Regional flights and upgrade options may be available at asupplement and subject to availability. It should be noted that ourcontracted fares may not always be available. In this case we will offeryou the best available flights at a supplement which will be advised toyou before you book. The earlier you book, the more chance you havethat our low contracted fares are available. All flights are subject toavailability and the Carrier’s terms and conditions of carriage andbaggage restrictions (normally 15 - 20kgs per person unless statedotherwise). We reserve the right to determine the carrier and routing.
