Toroidal Sample

The toroidal samples constitute specific testing circuit, which is individual realized for each material. Dimensions of sample are determined by technical parameters of measurement system.

For efficient and reliable connection the toroidal sample whit measurement system, our company produced the series of different adapters. Adaptor designed to measure the magnetic properties of soft magnetic materials allows to perform measurements on toroidal samples, stators as well as transformer cores .Magnetizing and measuring coils are connected to the special adaptor which ensures: fast replacement of samples, very good quality of both coils connections. There is the possibility to make adaptors, that ensure performing testings without the necessity of winding of magnetizing coil. The magnetizing coil is connected by quick-release fastener.

The device is assigned to heat the bars to the state, which allows upsetting. The bars are made from acid-resisting steel.There is also a possibility to make a heater, which would be designed to heat any other bars, according to customer's requests.The DB-1.01 heater characterizes especially high watt-hour efficiency (bigger than 98%) thanks to suitable concentration of electromagnetic field in the heating zone of inductor. The high watt-hour efficiency is achieved due to automatic optimisation of supply conditions of circuit with consideration the heated stock as well. It is possible thanks to stabilization system of resonant circuit quality factor (the solution secured by patent).
