Civil work site Acquisition and Site Survey
SITE SURVEY RDC will perform a site survey together with you, to review the suitability of your site for installation. This
means that you will be able to state your preferences regarding the positioning of equipment, environmental
factors and future plans.
The resultant Site survey report document will include environ- mental and installation specifications and
conditions applicable to the installation itself.
This ensures the shortest possible installation time and optimization of the equipment installed, taking
into account your business requirements
Equipment Engineering ensures that your network is configured according to your current and future requirements whilst focusing on optimal operational performance. All services are delivered within agreed budgets and can comprise one or more of the following deliverables:
Survey Report — including the results of the site or route survey.
Site Engineering Report
Link Engineering Report — detailing the results of the radio path planning and interference
analysis on the radio links (Microwave).
Equipment Lists and Specifications
Installation Materials List — for all items required for implementation.
IMPLEMANTATION In order to achieve the desired network functionality at the lowest cost the installation and testing of
hardware, software and support systems is key. As part of our installation service, we arrange for
warehousing, transportation, erection, aligning and mounting ft. wireless network equipment.
RDC installation engineers also perform all wiring - equipment, power, control and alarms.
INSTALLATION Network Installation is done when a site is declared ready and covers the following activities::
Site Preparation :
Physical Installation-assembling, cabling and wiring of all system hardware including associated power equipment, in accordance with specifications in the installation handbooks.
Testing -tests on hard components including cabling are performed to verity correct installation.
Site Acceptance - Once tests are passed, the site is ready for acceptance testing prior to integration. Installation is done with a time-reduced processes such as pre-fabricated cabling and pre-installation, configuration of equipment. will benefit customers in rapid deployment schedule.
DAS: Distributed Antenna System
Our roadmap to implementing DAS includes gathering requirements, determining financing and carrier participation, survey and
design, proposal and pricing, infrastructure build, Carrier connection coordination, DAS commissioning, project documentation and
system test and verification.

prepare the POD ( Hand Writing) form and make it sign by STC manager ( in STC office)
prepare progress report and update it daily
Deliver Signed POD form to our Customer.
NE Data Upload
The NE upload project requires the use of well proven and capable engineering skills and excellent experience
in Network Engineer application to implement the TSSR(CIVIL) migration, RF, microwave and core design.
Our company proposes to use its powerful engineers to perform this competitive task in shortest time. Our
process experience in the field will strongly help in preventing any delays for design and as-built submission,
and guarantee a quick approval on our work.
CIVIL Migration :
FDED migration begins with a thorough understanding of NE requirements, gained by our engineering staff by:
Having excellent experience in NE.
Reading and fully understanding the FDED.
Having excellent knowledge about LTE .
Having excellent knowledge about the processes will be followed during the uploading process.
Asking for any required parameter required for migration and design.
Active involvement of LTE knowledge, NE experience and ability to deal with NE QC is essential to the project's success.
Microwave Design
We will be using our experience to make the design in NE by using the TD document and other references not provided in TD like
physical rack and shelf location, the physical connectivity to DDF and ODF and other items requested by NE QC/QA team. By
submitting high work quality in NE, we will minimize the time required for QC, hence speed the submission of the MoP.
BTS, BSC And RNC Design
The design of BTS, BSC and RNC can be done once receiving the SoW and collect the requirements for design, these requirements
include the equipment configuration, system configuration, all physical connectivity (BBU to RRU to antenna, BBU to DDF, BBU to
ODF, power connectivity…etc).
