Clayton Clark called the meeting to order at 12:18 p.m.

Motion: Moved by Dan Yungwirth, seconded by Karen Steinke that the agenda
be adopted as presented. CARRIED
1.2 APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES
Motion: Moved by Nancy Best, seconded by Gerry Sigrist that the January 11,
2018, meeting minutes be adopted as circulated. CARRIED

There was no business arising from the previous minutes.
