Introducing Group Bookings Made EZ Lead Portal
What have we done?
We have enhanced Group Bookings Made EZ by adding a lead distribution and lead management portal that simplifies the entire lead process for occasional and professional planners and employs hotels to win more group business. Utilizing Groupize technology we have empowered hotels to respond faster to group inquiries thus increasing conversions and revenue.
Why have we activated Groupize technology?
RLHC’s goal is the be the most responsive, hospitable and easiest of all hotel brands to do business with. Our new Group Bookings Made EZ lead portal positions us to achieve this goal by activating a user friendly lead distribution and lead management system for our hotels and meeting planners to use.

Utilizing Groupize technology, our hotels now have a Groups and Meetings RFP solution on their own website. The Group Bookings Made EZ lead portal includes a lead management system for hotels and National Sales to distribute and respond to their sales leads efficiently.
Getting Started in the PRM

Once a lead is received from the Group Bookings Made EZ portal you will want to log into the Groupize PRM Dashboard page. Once logged in you will view the dashboard page that will show your lead categories. From there you can navigate to view the leads, update status, send proposals and more.

All Leads received can be viewed on the All Leads page in list form as well as exportable data to excel.
Dashboard page showcases your lead categories for New, In Process, Tentative and Definite.
