sale of following grades of FSC certified rubber. The tenders shall be received in the office of the undersigned up

to 3.OO PM on 2011212919 and are likely to be opened on the same day at 3.10 PM followed by negotiation in

presence of tenderer wtio may wish to remain present.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:-

Clause-l: Earnest money has to be deposited through RTGS in our 58 A/C No.2348101014029 (lFS Code

No.CNRB0002348)MICR Code-799015002 on Canara Bank of Agartala Banamalipur Branch, Aeartala, before 03

(three) hours for droppingthe tender so that we can collect the confirmation certificate from thebank in time.

Earnest money in the form of cash /cheque/D.CalUDO is not acceptable. A copy of Confirmation from Bank may

also be enclosed. Sealed tender not accompanied with Earnest money shall be rejected forthwith. lf deposit for

corresponding amountis already pledged, a separate reference including number and date of deposit should be

. given with the fresh tender'.

Clause-2: Theintendingtenderersbeforeparticipationintendersmayinspectthequalityofthegoodsofferedforsale in Factory Division Takrhachara & GM TFDPC l/Estate. No selection of material will be allowed from the lot.

Delivery of the materials will be made to the purchasers from Factory Division, Takmachara & TFDPC l/E as

mentioned above within the time limit that may be given in the Delivery order on accepted tendered rates. After

lifting of materials from the godown of TFDPC Ltd., corporation shall not entertain any complaint about the qualitv

& quantity of goods. As far as grading of rubbers is concerned the corporation's grading will be final.

Clause-3: Rates shall be quoted both in words and figures per kg against each lot of'rubber separate y The rates

shall not include any Tax, Octroi, Excise duty, Terminal Tax or any other taxes and duty. Out station tenderer may

acquaint themselves with local obligation of such taxes etc. from the local authorities before they participate in thetender. Payment of GST as applicable shall be made by the purchasers in addition. ln any case, partial rate against

any lot shall not be accepted.

Clause-4: The tender must accompany the photo-copy of "Rubber Board's valid license and GST registration as a

Rubber gaods manufacturer/Raw Rubber dealer. Tenderer will be requested to produce original, if situation calls

for it. Tenders without such documents shall be rejected.

Clause-5: Ten,ders received after the due date and time i.e. after 03.00 PM on ?0.12.liJ19 shall not be accepted. lfthe office of the undersigned remains closed; due to any reason, the date of ter:der will be in the next working day

at corresponding time. No 3eparate notice will be issued for such unforeseen closure5.

Clause-6: Sealed tender sent by Registered posts or by e mail on tfdpctender@gmail.com will be accepted;provided such tender is delivered in the office of the undersigned on or before 03,00 PM of 20.12.2019, The

corporation shall not be responsible for any delay in dispatch and delivery of such tenders through Registered post

or otherwise. The'ENVELOPE'containing the tender shall be superscripted as "TENDER FOR PURCHASE OF

SHEET RUBBER (RS5-|V). (RSS-V). ISNR OFF GR & CENEX" and the specified date for opening of the sealed tender.

Clause-7: The successful tenderer may opt for adjustment of the earnest money against amount actually due on

account of sale price. But such option will be considered only when the balance amount is already paid and

brought into affect and when corresponding quantity is already lifted. Against such amount deposited as Earnest

money or treated as security money deposit, no interest will be payable. Unsuccessful tenderer may get refund oftheir Earnest money on written,request after the process of listing of the tender rate offered by all participants

is completed. Otherwise these would be returned by registered post, speed post or through RTGS.

Clause-8: Written intimation regarding acceptance of rate (all confirmation order) or otherwise of highest valid

tenders shall normally be issued within 07 days from the opening of the tenders.

Clause-9: Acceptance of rates would be communicated by Registered post/speed post/couritir service/Fax. Time

given therein will be counted from the date of; dispatch of the acceptance order. Normal period for payment of

due sum of money at accepted rates would be O7(seven) days from the date of issue of acceptance order' Time

would remain an essential factor in this process of conveyance. Failure to abide by the limitations of time would

make earnest money/security money liable to forfeiture. ln suih event and in such cases whEre it is not adequately

justified, the corporation reserves the right to dispose off the produce in any other conventional way deemed

proper at the cost, risk and responsibility of the defaulting tenderer.

Clause-10: The successful tender/tenderers will be delivered /sold materials from Factory Division Takmacherra

South Tripura & Central Godown, Anandanagar as noted above within 10 days from the date of issue of delivery

order and on receipt of full payment. lf the purchasers fail to lift the sold out stock within stipulated time as given

in the delivery order, the corporation at its discretion may charge go down rent at prevailing market rate which the

purchaser will have to pay failing which it will be deducted from the security deposit. Also after expiry of time as

stipulated in delivery order, the risks of the sold out materials lying in Factory Division Takmachara as the case may

be will lie with the purchase.

Clause-11: The successful tenderers/purchasers will have to pay entire dues within 7 days of issue of Acceptance

order and materials will have io be lifted within 10 days of issue of Delivery order failure of which godown rent will

be charged as per prevalling rate in the state.

Clause-12: No other terms and conditions beyond the terms and conditions as stipulated in thisTender Notice will

be entertained.

Clause-13: The undersigned-reserves the right to accept or reject any tender/tenders including the highest one,

without assigning any reason thereof.
