Continuity and Customer Orientation The personal value structure of the company

founders shapes R&M’s philosophy and all prin-

since the company was founded back in 1964.

Martin and Peter Reichle have joined their fa-

ther and founder of the company, Hans, in their

efforts to uphold the entrenched company val-

ues of honesty, modesty and mutual respect as

part of R&M’s corporate culture. They represent the family by focusing on

their strategic duties on the Board of Directors. Since its founding R&M has

concentrated on cabling solutions - the solid base for all communication

networks.You will recognize R&M people by their deep sense of customer

orientation. With short decision-making processes and a helpful, team-ori-

ented approach we encourage initiative and creativity for the benefit of our

customers.

FLEXIBILITY Special tasks call for special solu-

tions. In such cases we team up with

our customers to develop custom-

ized products or special service

packages. With our international or-

ganization we are big enough to be

able to deliver this level of flexibility

on site, wherever we are. Yet we are also small and
