Clinton has sketched out the broad policy strokes, declaring in her campaign launch video that she wants to be the “champion” for “everyday Americans.”

• On issues ranging from health care to climate change, she’s been largely in lockstep with President Barack Obama, and she used a roundtable discussion Tuesday at a community college in Iowa to outline four big fights she wants to take on — including getting “unaccountable money” out of the political system, using a constitutional amendment if necessary.
