Any information given to us by you will be stored with complete confidentiality accessible to a very limited number of people. We comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and therefore do require permission from you to store personal information on our database. The information we hold is specifically recorded for the purpose of working with the media, raising awareness about the work we do, guiding our research, materials and information and assisting other bodies who we work in partnership with or share similar aims. We may share photographs and film footage with journalists, researchers or other relevant parties. If so, the details may contain the school name, town and county. Any information shared with journalists, researchers or other partners is provided as background information only. Conditions of use

1. The Charity does not accept any responsibility if you or your child are recognised from the image by members of the public.

2. The Charity may use the image of any individual to illustrate any wording other than the name of the individual represented in the image used. No wording shall be considered to be attributed to individual in the image.

3. We may use a group or type of image with very general labels, such as ‘A group meeting’ or ‘The group on a trip to Wales’ etc.

4. All photographs taken by the Charity or its representatives remain the property of the Charity and individuals featured in such images and/or their organisations will not be paid for any use of such images.
