SELECTED EVENTS

Motor Show Truck

The part devoted to trucks will definitely attract the owners of transport companies, the representatives of the industry associations, trucks and delivery trucks dealers, professional drivers and all truck atmosphere lovers to the fair spire. In hall 4 and in the adjacent car park, one will have an opportunity to see very interesting trucks, among others, the American Kenworth W 900. Visitors should greatly enjoy Europe's largest hotel semi-trailer constructed by Łączyńscy from Gniezno.

Saturday at Motor Show Truck will be reserved for the most popular discipline among real truckers. It is not about football or boxing, but about arm wrestling. This year's first competition of the Mobil Delvac Strong Traker series will be held in Poznań. The competitors will be divided into two categories - professional drivers and Open. The first Mobil Delvac Strong Traker tournaments in 2010 immediately met with great interest among truck drivers. In the following years, thousands of participants have taken part in the preliminary rounds and the tournament is known as the most prestigious arm wrestling competition for truckers. The best competitor of all Mobil Delvac StrongTraker editions is Marcin Dudek. "Armwrestling is not just a strength sport, and large bicep girth is not enough to win the Mobil tournaments. What really matters is your technique and speed and endurance preparation."

In addition, the Cooperatio foundation together with MotoPomocni.pl will organise a pilot competition in road accident rescue addressed to the students of mechanical schools in the whole country.

"Z ziemi włoskiej do Polski – 85 lat licencji Fiata w Polsce" /From Italy to Poland - 85 Years of Licensed Fiat in Poland/

Automobilklub Wielkopolski has been present at PIF motor shows in Poznań for years. Cars, motorcycles and bicycles presented by the members of the Commission of Historic Vehicles, sometimes manufactured in the earliest motoring days, have always enjoyed great interest and appreciation of visitors, surprising them with workmanship and the quality of restoration. This year's exhibition has a distinct, special, monothematic character. It has been 85 years since the Polish government signed in 1931 a 10 year agreement with Fiat on licenced car manufacturing in Państwowe Zakłady Inżynierii /the State Engineering Plant/ in Warsaw. The manufacturing was interrupted by war. The licensed Fiat returned after years as models 125p and 126p. A 300 sq m exhibition on the ground floor of hall 4 entitled "Z ziemi włoskiej do Polski – 85 lat licencji Fiata w Polsce" will include 19 historic vehicles. One will have an opportunity to see both original Italian cars from the time before the licence, like Fiat 509 Sport from 1926 or Fiat Spider from 1929 /on the exhibition of modern Fiats/, and licensed cars like Fiat 508 Łazik from 1936 or Fiat 508 Junak from 1938.

There will be many items from the Fiat range from the '60s, including Fiat 500, Fiat 600, Fiat Multipla and beautiful 1200 and 1500 convertibles designed by Pininfarina. We believe that every fan of vintage vehicles will find something to their liking, and watching Fiats will bring back family memories related to the cars.

Because this Fiat that "has motorised" our country.

Exhibition of modified cars

W/A/M is an exhibition of modified cars organised by the members of Black Driver Club. This is the only place at Motor Show where you will see cars reworked in an effective way. In addition to the large group of reworked cars, the first round of DB Drag Racing Association Poland international competition will be held, that is, measuring decibels in Poland's (and not only) noisiest cars. Here you will experience nothing like what is elsewhere on the fairgrounds.

Super Moto Dealer 2015

Already for the third time, Głos Wielkopolski and Poznań NaszeMiasto will hold the Super Moto Dealer 2015 poll (evaluation for the year 2015). As usual, readers and Internet users will be able to submit the dealers of cars and motorcycles (one category) and vote for them. Each of them (readers and Internet users) will be able to vote for the dealer with whose services they are most satisfied, paying particular attention not only to the aspect of sales, but also to the entire after-sales service. The Jury will supervise the proper conduct of the poll. They will issue opinions on all applications so that readers may choose among the "best of the best" in Wielkopolska.

It will also be an excellent opportunity for Wielkopolska dealers to present the range of services they offer to customers. The poll will be held on the pages of Głos Wielkopolski, Poznań NaszeMiasto free newspaper and three major local weeklies, i.e. Tygodnik Pilski, Gnieźnieński Tydzień and Ziemia Kaliska. The Internet supporters will include: gloswielkpolski.pl, poznan.naszemiasto.pl. gniezno.naszemiasto.pl, kalisz.naszemiasto.pl and ostrow.naszemiasto.pl. The title of "SuperDealer 2015" will be oficially awarded during this year's edition of Motor Show automotive trade fair. Poznań International Fair, organiser of Motor Show 2016, is a partner of the event.

Best Car 2016

Best Cars 2016 is the 22nd edition of the automotive poll. The voting takes place in 12 European countries and in China, Brazil and Mexico. Anyone may be a member of the Jury that chooses the best cars among 364 models divided into 11 classes. Poland's results will be announced during the official gala organised as part Motor Show 2016.

Motor Show Awards

It is the third edition of journalists' poll and its participants will include: Adam Kornacki, Włodzimierz Zientarski, Szymon Sołtysik, Wojciech Kukuła, Stanisław Sewastianowicz, Lech Potyński, Jacek Ociepko, Martin Śliwa, Kuba Bielak, Szymon Dziawer, Adam Majcherek and Mariusz Łowicki.Because each of us is different and has different priorities in their automotive choices, we want to emphasise this individualism by giving journalists complete freedom of selecting companies that have deserved recognition.Therefore, jurors' personal prizes will be awarded in Motor Show Awards 2016, as well as one main Grand Prix prize. Only companies that are exhibitors at Motor Show 2016 may be the winners. Each member of the jury determines alone what they want to grant their award for. It may be for a distinct product, service, promotional campaign or any other action of the company which, in their opinion, deserves recognition. The winners will be announced on 31.03.2016. Each of the jury members will justify their choice in a few words.

Custom Festival

For the seventh time in its history and for the fifth time within Poznań Motor Show, the editorial team of "Custom" motorcycling magazine organises the Polish Custom Motorcycle Championships.The best custom machines that have recently left the Polish workshops will be presented in hall 6. The Custom Zone will be full of: long and slender choppers, powerful cruisers, comfortable baggers, neat cafe racers, aggressive street fighters, climatic oldschool motorcycles, impressive three-wheelers and customs on the basis of motorcycles coming from the countries of the former Eastern bloc. All those two- and three-wheeled wonders have been constructed by people endowed with inexhaustible imagination and aesthetic sense, combined with high workshop skills. Nowhere else in our country will you see so many unique petrol- and dreams-powered motorcycles in one place!

Stunt shows

Extreme emotions will be guaranteed by stunt motorcycles and quads shows performed by, among others, Leo Stunt and the first Polish stunt girl, Ewa Pieniakowska. One wheel up is not enough, and three wheels up are still a challenge. Enjoy the open areas of Motor Show to see the masterly feats by Leo and Ewa who once again will amaze us with their skills.

Female element at Motor Show

Female representatives will be also present during this year's Motor Show. At the stand of girls from the portal Speed Ladies, there will be ladies who inspire with their automotive activity. For this moment we can reveal that Anita Seidel, the girl who has fallen in love with the black sport and will come to Poznań with her speedway motorcycle, and Weronika Kwapisz, the motorcycle traveller and the author of the book "Everything starts with a dream" will be present.

The rally is an essential part of the Caravanning Exhibition. For the fourth time already, the fairgrounds will be dominated by the lovers of leisure in the "houses on four wheels". Each such rally is an opportunity to meet, talk, exchange valuable experience and, more importantly, plan joint trips in the new season that is beginning right now. The rally also means walking between vehicles, exploring their interiors and comparing accessories.

CampRest - for people who value freedom

One of the attractions at Camprest stand will be presentation of a new model of an off-road 750 kg GVM FREERIDER caravan under Mini-Caravans brand, that is, a very light trailer with great capabilities, and an ALPHA CARGO trailer - for the first time under the brand of CampRest!

Apart from seeing the trailers, one will have an opportunity to see and play with a globally unique 360FLY camera that records videos in 360 degrees and is controlled in a very simple way with a smartphone. Such a camera will be certainly useful during all trips.

AUDI

During Poznań Motor Show 2016, Audi will focus on presenting its new models. Visitors of the four-ringed stand will have the opportunity to see absolute novelties from Ingolstadt: Audi Q2 compact SUV and a conceptual model - a purely electric-powered luxury SUV. For the first time in Poland, also sports models of Audi: RS 6 Avant Performance, RS 7 Performance and S8 Plus will be shown.

Poznań Motor Show is the most important automotive exhibition in Poland. Every year it is focused on presenting novelties. Audi will be present among the exhibitors and they will show their latest models and the range of cars that already have a strong position on the Polish market.

"First of all we want to present in Poznań our two absolute novelties - a compact SUV Audi Q2 which had its world premiere just a few days ago during the automotive exhibition in Geneva, and the conceptual model of Audi e-tron quattro concept first shown at the IAA 2015 fair in Frankfurt," says Leszek Kempiński, Audi PR Manager.

Audi Q2 is an urban vehicle for everyday and leisure use, combining progressive design and high functionality. The offered connectivity, infotainment and driver assistance systems derive from the class of luxury limousines. Audi e-tron quattro concept is a conceptual model with a purely electric drive consisting of three electric engines, one located on the front axle and two others on the rear axle. As a result, the car is an electric quattro - a dynamic, yet very efficient vehicle.

Audi stand will be located in PIF hall 3A. In addition to the novelties, one will also have the opportunity to see Audi RS 6 Avant Performance, Audi RS 7 Performance and Audi S8 Plus that are presented in Poland for the first time, and other models already present on the Polish roads.

BMW at Motor Show in Poznań

BMW once again invites Poznań fair visitors to an exciting trip into the world of the brand. The theme of BMW stand is "Driving luxury". The most luxury proposals of BMW will be presented: 6 series cars, innovative 7 series, BMW i8 and the luxury line of BMW Individual. There will be the Polish premiere of new BMW M760Li xDrive, the top version of 7 series limousine powered by the 12-cylinder M Performance TwinPower Turbo petrol engine that generates the power of 600 hp and accelerates the car from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.9 seconds. The car combines two features - unique sophistication and tremendous power, and, with this model, the brand once again sets new standards in the segment of luxury sports limousines. Moreover, the visitors in Poznań will have the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the history of the brand which this year celebrates its 100th anniversary, as well as to look into its future.

The Polish premiere of new MINI Cabrio, an exciting convertible combining the typical of the brand go-kart driving experience with distinctive design, will be held during the Motor Show fair in Poznań.

MINI Cabrio is another model of the new range of MINI. Its natural environment is somewhere between a bustling metropolis and a boulevard by the ocean. Such a place was the inspiration for the design of the MINI stand at the fair. For a moment the visitors will have the opportunity to feel like on California Boulevard, which will be certainly easier taking into consideration the unique colour of the premiere model: Caribbean Aqua. California T

It is the perfect model to start your adventure with Ferrari. Under the hood, there is a new, turbo V8 engine generating a power of 560 hp.

488 GTB

488 GTB is a market replacement for the model 458 Italia. It is the most powerful car with a V8 engine developed by engineers from Ferrari. The drive unit, located centrally for better weight distribution, generates a power of 670 hp, allowing acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3 seconds. The car shown during this year's Motor Show in Poznań has been created through the Tailor Made service. Under this programme, clients may freely personalise their dream Ferrari, just

like when ordering a tailor-made suit, every element of the car may be customised to individual tastes and the clients receives a unique car. The colours refer to the NART team racing cars, and the middle strip has been finished in a unique shade of blue called "Blu Katowice".

F12berlinetta

Ferrari f12berlinetta is the flagship model in the range of Ferrari. A brilliant 12-cylinder, 740 hp engine plays the main role. While working on this car, engineers have spent a lot of time trying to reduce fuel consumption, to install a smaller fuel tank which gives the ideal weight distribution: 46% at the front and 54% at the back. The car is lighter and smaller than 599 GTB Fiorano. Also innovative aerodynamic solutions have been applied such as air intakes for cooling the brakes and a distinctive aero bridge.

Hyundai

During Poznań Motor Show 2016 starting on 31 March, for the first time in Europe, Hyundai will present the all-new model Elantra. This is the sixth generation of world's best-selling model of Hyundai. New Hyundai Elantra is 20 mm longer and 25 mm wider compared to the previous model, ans its spacious interior allows for locating it one segment above. The new car also stands out in terms of the number of class-leading solutions to guarantee comfort and safety. The driver's seat with integrated memory system (IMS) provides maximum comfort and an intelligent trunk opens automatically for easy loading when the driver holding the key is in close proximity. Modern solutions, such as blind spot detection (BSD) or rear cross traffic alert (RCTA) provide the highest level of safety. The body structure uses 32% more high-strength steel in order to achieve more stability and rigidity.

Another attraction of the Hyundai stand will be a unique hybrid presented for the first time in Poland - Hyundai IONIQ. IONIQ is world's first model that may be equipped with one of three different drives: electric, hybrid plug-in (that may be charged from a wall socket) or hybrid classic. The car has been designed with the use the latest technological solutions. The hybrid, with the highest performance in its class, is economical and remains faithful to the idea of a real car, giving driving satisfaction thanks to its modern design and dynamic performance. IONIQ Hybrid is driven by a newly developed four-cylinder 1.6 GDI Kappa engine and an electric 32 kW (43.5 hp) engine powered by advanced lithium-ion batteries. This dual drive unit provides a total maximum power of 103.6 kW (141 hp) and a maximum torque of 27 kgm (265 Nm). The new dual-clutch automatic gearbox with six gears (6DCT) works very quickly and smoothly, providing dynamic and economical driving.

The coupé-style silhouette of IONIQ is streamlined, which, together with active and passive solutions reducing air resistance, resulted in an outstanding Cx = 0.24 ratio, one of the best on the market.

Infiniti - compact like no other - Infiniti Q30

Bold character, unconventional body shape and asymmetrical interior - this is a car designed for a new generation of buyers who do not want to be seen through the prism of the selection of a body version. The car is intended to express them, individualisation is supposed to be the means of personal expression - the "made for me" approach, which is the foundation of the new luxury. And this is what the philosophy of creating Q30, the first Infiniti premium compact, has been based on. Even more customisation options are provided by three completely different design versions.

Sports coupé – Infiniti Q60 - wolrd dealer premiere

Straight from the Geneva exhibition, an entirely new Infiniti coupé has arrived in Poznań - model Q60. Expressive proportions and lines looking like athlete's strained muscles express Infiniti's design language which may be defined as "the elegance of power". The heart of the new model is a completely new, light and technologically sophisticated three-litre, twin-turbo, 405 hp V6 engine, which has a key role to play in fulfilling its mission - providing fun through exciting driving.

Kia's product offensive

continues - during this year's Poznań Motor Show, they will present two completely new models. The long-awaited estate bodywork Optima and hybrid crossover Niro will have their Polish première in Poznań. Modelled after a studio model called Sportspace, Optima Sportswagon features a striking design and high-quality interior trim, just like the new Optima sedan. Additional advantages of the estate version, destined exclusively for European markets, include a more spacious and more functional interior and a dynamic and streamlined silhouette.

Niro is a practical and visually attractive, roomy crossover with low fuel consumption due to an advanced hybrid drive. Designed "from scratch" as a hybrid vehicle, it is the perfect combination of crossover functionality with, typical of Kia, modern aesthetics, and it has every chance to stand out favourably among the traditionally conservative competition. Target CO2 emission below 89 g/km (average, own Kia tests) will ensure low operating costs.

Niro will be available for customers in Polish showrooms from the third, and Optima estate from the fourth quarter of 2016. In addition, one will have an opportunity to see at Kia stand other models offered on our market, with the fourth-generation Sportage model at the forefront.

Mazda2, Mazda CX-3, Mazda3, Mazda6 and CX-5

Mazda will present the whole renewed range of models - ranging from the smallest Mazda2, compact SUV CX-3 which has been a massive hit on European markets since its launch last year, Mazda3, Mazda6 and CX-5, to the fourth generation of the cult roadster MX-5. They all have been constructed on the basis of breakthrough SKYACTIV technologies - engines, gearboxes, chassis and bodies express the KODO design theme: Soul of Motion. The audience will have an opportunity to admire Mazda cars in Soul Red - a unique, three-layer metallic paint, patented by the brand.

Mercedes-Benz The smartest high-end limousine

Mercedes-Benz presents its new E-Class - and makes a big step into future. The tenth generation of the business limousine combines exciting car body design with a stylish, nobly finished cabin. With the new E-Class, also a series of technical innovations are launched, providing the so far unknown level of comfort and safety, and, at the same time, opening up a completely new dimension of driver's assistance. This experience is complemented by the unique concept of multimedia and vehicle functions support. Another example: a newly developed, lightweight diesel engine and exceptionally low air resistance establish class standards in terms of performance, and the new, available on request, multi-chamber pneumatic suspension ensures unparalleled comfort and driving dynamics. The whole list - also including the Active Lane-change Assistant system, which allows the driver to enter the chosen lane as if by magic - makes the new E-Class the smartest upper class limousine.

The new Mercedes-Benz SLC - new name, new dynamics

In March 2016, 20 years after the launch of the first generation Mercedes SLK, the model will make its debut on the market in a refreshed form, with optimised technology and a new name - SLC. This is a reference to the close relationship with C Class, with which the roadster shares a number of technical solutions. The range of engines has been extended by two new products: the base version SLC 180 and the top sports variant Mercedes-AMG SLC 43. From the outside, attention is drawn by the front grille with diamond filling and, optionally, by the LED intelligent light system (ILS), the list of optional equipment includes advanced support systems. Orders for SLC started in mid-January 2016.

New Mercedes-Benz SL - the legend - now even more dynamic

Here comes the new edition of the automotive icon: from the beginning of 2016, customers can place orders for significantly improved Mercedes SL. The roadster will be equipped with, among others, more powerful engines, the 9G-TRONIC 9-gear automatic gearbox, the DYNAMIC SELECT system with five driving modes, and Active Body Control suspension with the function of body tilting round corners. From the outside, it is distinguished by a more dynamically styled front panel. A vario roof which now may be slid open or folded back while driving at speeds up to 40 km/h, and the automatic trunk space compartment provide high day-to-day utility. The first upgraded SLs will be available at dealers in April next year. Mercedes-Benz SL is a league of its own: on the one hand, it is an elegant roadster designed for relaxing tours, on the other hand - a dynamic coupé for sports driving on winding roads. Ola Källenius, member of Daimler AG Management Board responsible for marketing and sales of passenger Mercedes cars says: "SL is a year-round car, fully suitable for everyday use. But above all, this is a dream car for special moments for two".

New Mercedes-Benz S-Class Convertible - open luxury

The convertible is the sixth variant of the current S-Class - and the first luxury, convertible Mercedes-Benz for four passengers since 1971. Sensual, exclusive design is combined with the latest technology and the comprehensive concept of ventilation and protection from wind, including intelligent air conditioning for convertibles. The world premiere of the model will be held on 15 September, on the day of the inauguration of the Motor Show in Frankfurt. Also another Mercedes-AMG dream car will have its debut at the exhibition - S 63 4MATIC Convertible. Its 5.5-litre V8 biturbo engine with a power of 430 kW (585 hp) and 900 Nm of maximum torque works with a sports all-wheel 4MATIC drive and allows you to reach the speed of a hundred km/h in 3.9 seconds.

Mitsubishi Motors

The Polish branch of Mitsubishi Motors will present a unique exhibit in Poznań - Mitsubishi eX Koncept. The conceptual Mitsubishi Ex Concept is the vision of a compact SUV with an electric drive of new generation, providing high ecological performance, great acceleration and quiet operation. The use of the Twin Motor 4WD twin-engine drive system and the S-AWC integrated drive control system allows for very precise driving while maintaining an exceptional stability. In this model, the technology of automatic drive was applied, which combines mobile communication systems in the car with advanced solutions in the field of active safety. All this allows for operating in a partly standalone mode on express roads, as well as for parking the car automatically. Poland is the first European country to present this model, coming to Poznań straight from Geneva. Moreover, we will present new Mitsubishi L200 pick-up truck in Poznań. The full range of the model is now making its debut on the Polish market. The 5 series Mitsubishi L200 presents a completely new design and it is the precursor of new generation pick-ups. The designers have managed to create a hitherto unattainable combination - new Mitsubishi L200 is the first off-road vehicle on the market which offers comfort and driveability of a passenger car. In addition to the debuting serial production L200 pick-up truck, also a special version called Mitsubishi L200

Monster will be presented. The car in unusual yellow-and-black colours is designed for driving in difficult terrain and it is additionally equipped with a package of accessories for off-road driving. It consists of a set of springs and shock absorbers raising the suspension by about 4 cm, the Superwinch Tiger Shark 9500 with a synthetic rope, pressing shoe and mounting plate, a set of steel, 5-millimetre engine, gearbox and reducer covers, aluminium 17-inch wheel rims with MT tires, and far-reaching LED headlights.

Also in Poznań, Mitsubishi Motors will show the latest incarnation of the model Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV - the world's first SUV hybrid with electric 4-wheel drive. The model presented at the stand resembles the rally Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV, which successfully competes in the toughest off-road rallies, such as Asia Cross Country Rally, Australasia Safari and Baja Portalegre 500. Anna Cieślak - the ambassador of the model Mitsubishi ASX and Maciej Stuhr - the ambassador of the model Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV will be Mitsubishi Motors special guests.

Also the two most popular models of Mitsubishi in Poland and Europe: Mitsubishi ASX crossover and the new Mitsubishi Outlander 2016 will be available at Mitsubishi Motors stand.

Imaginative and innovative solutions are the strengths of this car: a large glovebox in the dashboard in the shape of the Easy Life drawer (11 litres); removable seat covers which may be washed in a washing machine, etc. Renault Captur provides very wide personalisation options - two-colour body, coloured wheel rims, light or dark interiors and different upholstery patterns. Suzuki at Poznań Motor Show

The Polish premiere of the latest Suzuki hatchback - Baleno will be held during Poznań Motor Show. The model will be on offer as soon as this spring.

Delighting ŠKODA at Poznań Motor Show

ŠKODA Superb SportLine will have its debut at ŠKODA stand during this year's edition of Poznań Motor Show. The sophisticated design of the flagship ŠKODA limousine will be combined with a sporty character, which is confirmed by: XDS+ electronic differential lock and ESC Sport two-stage Electronic Stability Control, that is, serially installed Driving Mode Selection feature, which may be complemented by the Dynamic Chassis Control adjustment system. The SportLine version will be offered on the Polish market with all engines available for the Superb model except for the basic petrol and diesel variants: 1.4TSI/125 hp and 1.6TDI/120 hp. Belonging to one of the largest manufacturers of all wheel drive cars in Europe, the brand will present 4x4 drive models at the fair: Octavia Scout, Yeti Outdoor, Superb Combi and the unique ŠKODA Octavia RS 4x4. With the four-wheel drive, its great torque 2.0 TDI engine is able to transfer 184 hp to the ground more efficiently, providing even better performance, precise driving and a higher level of safety. At the stand of ŠKODA, everyone will have an opportunity to see the benefits guaranteed by the JOY equipment models: Fabia, Rapida and Octavia. The JOY series models may be recognised from the outside due to, inter alia, tinted rear glass, light alloy wheels and special markings on the body. The unique atmosphere of the inside is created by design elements dedicated to this version: decorative edging and sides of the door covered with Alcantara. Also a strong representation of the Monte Carlo line models will be present at Poznań fair: ŠKODA Citigo, ŠKODA Fabia, ŠKODA Rapid and ŠKODA Yeti. Toyota RAV4 Hybrid

Toyota RAV4, the precursor of the SUV segment and the most popular medium-sized SUV in Poland, debuts with the latest hybrid engine. This is the most efficient, the most powerful and the fastest RAV4 to date. The hybrid drive with a total power of 197 hp consists of a gasoline 2.5 16V VVT-i engine and an electric engine. The car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.3 s and the average fuel consumption is 5.1 l/100 km. Up to a speed of 50 km/h, it can go several kilometres using just the electric engine. RAV4 Hybrid AWD has an additional 68 hp electric engine driving rear wheels. The car is equipped with a number of safety systems, including a 360 degrees camera and Toyota Safety Sense package extended with adaptive cruise control and the system of preventing pedestrian impacts.

Toyota GT86

Toyota GT86 is a sports car without compromise. With this model, Toyota returns to the tradition of rear-wheel drive cars. Lightweight and well balanced, with a low centre of gravity, it refers to its successful predecessors - Toyota 2000 GT and the Corolla Levin AE86. Also bucket seats, a very precise, fast gearbox and a 2-litre, 200 hp boxer engine that may accelerate the car to 100 km/h in 7.6 seconds contribute to the sporty character of the car. The maximum speed is 226 km/h and average fuel consumption is 7.1 l/100 km. GT86 is also tempting from the outside - the attractive appearance of the body, 17-inch alloy wheels, a rear spoiler and dual chrome exhaust tips make it difficult to take one's eyes off it.

Toyota AYGO

Toyota AYGO is a unique A segment car, with a distinctive "X" sign on the front. The car gives almost unlimited customisation options, both at purchase and during its use-life. Ten exterior and interior elements may be easily replaced, with a choice of colours and trim. It comes with PES halogen lights and LED daytime running lights as standard. Inside, the dominant element is the "x-touch" multimedia system which integrates all media on a 7-inch touch screen. Under the hood of the new AYGO, there is an improved and award-winning 3-cylinder 1.0 VVT-i engine. The Toyota Safety Sense package is available even in Toyota's smallest model.

Yaris

Toyota Yaris is the only Polish representative of urban vehicles with a choice of three drive types - petrol (1.0 VVT-i or 1.33 Dual VVT-i, optionally with CVT gearbox), diesel (1.4 D-4D) and innovative hybrid drive (100 hp). Consuming just 3.1 l/100 km in the urban area, Yaris Hybrid accounts for 35% of all Yaris cars sold in Europe.

Toyota Yaris is the segment leader in terms of safety - it is proved by 5 stars in Euro NCAP rating and the Toyota Safety Sense package, unique in the class of urban cars. It also stands out with the Toyota Touch 2 multimedia system with a 7-inch touch screen and intriguing looks highlighted by LED daytime running lights and a characteristic LED strip.

Auris

Toyota Auris is one of the most popular compact cars in Poland. In July, a facelift model with elegant, dynamic design made its debut. The car has been equipped with, unique in the compact class, LED daytime running lights and headlights, and an extensive Toyota Safety Sense package of active safety systems.

Auris is available with three types of drive - gasoline, diesel and hybrid. A new feature is the 1.2 Turbo engine with direct fuel injection. Auris Hybrid, the most popular hybrid car in Poland and Europe, is a second to none compact car in terms of usage costs. The 136 hp drive provides an average fuel consumption of 3.5 l/100 km.

Corolla

Toyota Corolla, the most popular car in history, in 50 years the sales has exceeded 40 million cars, is also one of the best-selling sedans in Poland. Its success has been determined by legendary reliability, comfort, functionality and safety (5 stars in Euro NCAP).

Corolla is available in Poland with three engines: gasoline - 1.33 Dual VVT-i with 99 hp, 1.6 Valvematic with 132 hp, and 1.4 D-4D diesel engine with 90 hp. The equipment of the car includes the Toyota Touch 2 multimedia system and SIPA (Simple Intelligent Parking Assist). The compact sedan has a spacious, elegant interior and a 452-litre trunk.

Avensis

The new Toyota Avensis, which debuted in June 2015, has a new, more prestigious and dynamic body with Full LED lighting and a completely new, more elegant interior design. Along with the new Avensis, also the Toyota Safety Sense safety package made its debut, which is standard equipment of this model. The car has received 5 stars in Euro NCAP crash tests. The new model has the most extensive equipment in the segment, already in the standard version, including the Toyota Touch 2 multimedia system with an 8-inch multimedia screen. Two new 1.6 and 2.0 diesel engines have longer maintenance intervals and lower maintenance costs. Gasoline 1.6, 1.8 and 2.0 engines have been optimised in terms of fuel consumption.

Polish premiere of the new Tiguan during Poznań Motor Show

A few months after its world premiere at Frankfurt Motor Show, Volkswagen will present their new Tiguan in Poland. The national premiere of the popular, compact SUV of the second generation will take place during Poznań Motor Show on 1-3 April 2016. A month later, the car will be available at

Polish car showrooms. The new Tiguan is one of the most technically advanced models in its class, the series is equipped with many innovative systems and the comfort of travelling can be compared

to higher class cars. Since its debut in 2007, Tiguan has had a special position among compact SUVs. Its many advantages are best evidenced by the number of over 2.8 million cars produced. The car will be presented in Poznań in three versions, as a classic, urban version, an off-road one and as R-line sport-tuned version. The new Tiguan - as the first SUV of Volkswagen Group - has been constructed on the basis of the elements of the innovative MQB modular construction platform. As a result, compared with the previous model, the new Tiguan has a lower kerb weight, a more spacious interior and a larger, 615-litre trunk. In addition, the new Volkswagen compact SUV stands out with better body proportions than its predecessor (it is longer, wider and lower). The new proportions make Tiguan look more dynamic now.

Volvo

During the fair, Volvo will present four novelties, including two really hot ones. We will see a new V90 model - luxury estate car that made its debut in Geneva not long ago, on 1 March 2016. The car is almost 5 metres long and looks like a continuation of the bold Concept Estate prototype. As usual, Volvo has taken care of safety. In addition to the body frame made of boron steel, the car is equipped with numerous active safety systems. Most of them are available without additional fees - as standard equipment. The car will be driven by 150 to 235 hp diesel engines and 254 and 320 hp petrol engines. The most powerful hybrid variant will have a total power of 407 hp. Natural leather, wood and metal have been used for the cabin trim. Just as in the XC90 model, the touch panel controls the car's functions.

Model S90 - the flagship limousine. From the technological side, it is a twin brother of the V90 model. Engine power: from 150 to 407 hp. It has been the longest Volvo limousine to date. It made its debut a month ago.

XC90 Excellence - for the first time in Poland. A luxury, four-seat variety of Volvo XC90. Instead of a rear seat, it has two individual seats, similar to those which are mounted on the front. Insanely comfortable. A small number of these cars has been manufactured. They are dedicated to busy millionaires. They are equipped with a refrigerator, a special glovebox for valuables, all multimedia services, and the cabin is also muted.

S60 Polestar - the sportiest Volvo to date, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.9 seconds, according to Polish journalists 4.4 s 350 hp, designed anew Ohlins adjustable suspension and high-performance brakes with six piston callipers. The car has a four-wheel drive.

BMW G 310 R

Not too much, not too little - the new BMW Motorrad roadster features perfectly balanced dynamics and comfort proportions, which makes it perfectly suited for both city and highway rides. It is also the first motorcycle in the class with engine capacity less than 500 cm3.

DYNAMIC AND SIMPLE

A narrow axle track provides manoeuvrability, and dynamic fairing lines promise good performance. The simple silhouette of the motorcycle, devoid of unnecessary elements, almost pushes forward. Its raised back emphasises sporting aspirations. Despite its smaller size, one can easily notice a relationship with a larger and more powerful BMW S 1000 R. SMALL CAPACITY, HIGH PERFORMANCE

A designed from scratch engine with a capacity of 313 cm3 is the heart of BMW G 310 R. The single-cylinder unit features four valves and two camshafts, and direct fuel injection. Placing the engine in a characteristic way, with the cylinder inclined rearwards, has allowed to install the intake system on the front. The whole motorcycle weighs less than 160 kg, and the 34 hp engine contributes to its excellent performance.

STRESS-FREE AND PREDICTABLE

The rider's position has been carefully designed. Riding BMW G 310 R is pure relaxation, without unnecessary stress and fatigue. All switches and gauges are positioned to be easily accessible. Compact dimensions make the motorcycle manoeuvrable, well-balanced and easy to be mastered, and, at the same time, it is very predictable to drive. BMW G 310 R has been equipped with an efficient braking system with a two-channel ABS system. A 300-mm diameter ventilated disc and a four-pistol calliper have been installed on the front. On the back, there is a 240-mm diameter disc and a two-pistol calliper.

BMW R nineT SCRAMBLER

Thick tread tires, a raised exhaust, wide handlebars and a comfortable driving position - scrambler motorcycles thet were popular in the '50s were suitable not only for riding on paved roads, but also outside them. BMW R nineT Scrambler refers to those traditions.

Romet at Motor Show

Hyosung Aquila 125 was Hyosung sales hit in 2015. It is the only 125 class cruiser on the market that is equipped with a V-2 engine. This is the most characteristic arrangement of cylinders for large choppers and cruisers. The solution provides a much better appearance and sound. The Kostrzyn-located Global Traders, operating on the rim market since 2008, has prepared a lot of surprises for this year's Fair. Among the vehicles in their class, Globe-Traveller products are notable primarily for pioneering solutions. They are the first camping buses with a double floor! With this solution, each vehicle may be operated in winter, and the floor along the entire length of the vehicle is even.

In the Voyager series, the unique shape of the mini-bedchamber allowed to get enough space for a fold-out bed above the cab, without negative effect on driving dynamics.
