Started from early 70th in 20 centery
The first 10 years, it developed very slowly for research orgnizations developed robots by themselves individually
From 1985 on, the development speed has been improved by supporting by several national plans, especially like “the 7th five year national plan”, “the 8th five year national plan”, “the 9th five year national plan” and some program from our government
In may 2005, the first Chinese nanometer robot has been developed successfully
