by showing you some of the most effective exercises. These exercises will target the three areas that will be the center of attention on your big day: your shoulders, arms and back.

BENT OVER Row SHOULDER PRESS TRICEP KICKBACK

Stand with legs shoulder width apart, dumbbells in each hand and face palms toward your body. Bend over about 45 degrees, keeping your back straight. Engage your core and lift the weights to the bottom of your rib cage. Stay bent over until all repetitions are complete.

The dumbbells should be held at shoulder height with your palms facing out. Push the dumbbells over your head until your arms are almost completely straight. Then, slowly bring your dumbbells back to the starting position. Keep abs and lower back tight!

Hold a dumbbell in each hand, bend from the hip so your torso is parallel with the floor. Move your elbows up as high as you can, while leaving the dumbbell hanging by your ribcage. Extend your arms straight behind you, then lower back to the starting position.

Start your workout with a weight that will challenge your strength. A good weight size for a beginner is a 5 pound dumbell.

This workout consists of 12 repetitions per set. Compete three sets of each exercise. Is this workout getting tobe too easy? Add more weight!

Don’t forget the age old saying : “You are what you eat.” A balanced diet paired with regular exercise will help you achieve your goals the quickest.
