Event Accommodation Event accommodation reservations that are cancelled more than 60 days prior to commencement of the Undara Experience Event; deposit is refunded. Cancellation fees are as follows:

• 60 days or more - deposit fully refunded • Less than 60 days - full deposit forfeited
