The 5th Annual Rodeo Committee Conference will be held April 6-7, 2016 in Kissimmee, Florida in con-junction with the Ram National Circuit Finals Rodeo. Attend the committee conference and stay addi-tional days in the Sunshine State enjoying all its natural wonders! Spend your evenings in the arena at our second largest championship rodeo, the Ram National Circuit Finals Rodeo.
Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in a unique educational environment with relevant topics presented by industry professionals and leaders. This day long conference is an opportunity for commit-tees to network and collaborate with PRCA Committees from across the country.

All committee conference meetings will take place at the Osceola Heritage Park in Kissimmee, Florida and will be held in conjunction with the 2016 Ram National Circuit Finals Rodeo. Credentials and conference material will be available on-site at the committee mixer on April 6 as well as on April 7 during check-in & registration. For pre-registered attendees, a confirmation letter and receipt will be sent to the address used on the pre-registration form.
Pre-Registration cost is $50 per individual and includes registration for the conference as well as com-plimentary mixer the night before, coffee & tea service on the morning of April 7 and a complimentary buffet lunch on April 7.
On-site registrations will be accepted at an increased cost of $60 per individual.

location informationAll events for the 2016 PRCA Rodeo Committee Conference will take place on the Osceola Heritage Park Grounds. Please reference diagram on previous page. Wednesday evening from 4 PM - 5 PM, PRCA will host attendees for a meet & great mixer at the Heritage Club within the Silver Spurs Arena. The club is on the main level of the arena and can be accessed directly from the main entry doors.
The Committee Conference will be held in the Exhibition Building in the Kissimmee Room - C. Attendees can arrive on Wednesday evening for the mixer and receive credentials and a welcome packet or can wait to receive their information on Thursday morning, April 7 during check-in and registration.
The Justin Cowboy Crisis Fund Luncheon will also be held on the Osceola Heritage Park Grounds. Spe-cifically, the event will be held in the KVLS building. Registration details for the luncheon are available on page 7 of this registration packet.

Attendees will have the opportunity to purchase tickets for the 2016 Ram National Circuit Finals Rodeo at a special rate. To purchase tickets, complete the order form within this packet and re-turn to the PRCA National Headquarters attention: Amy J. Rodgers.
Attendees who purchase tickets through the PRCA for any performance will be able to collect all tickets at the RNCFR will-call counter at the rodeo arena.
All seats will be assigned at a first-come-first-served basis. You will receive a receipt in the mail from the PRCA which shall also serve as your confirmation and should be brought on site with you when picking up tickets at the will-call area.
