    My Role PurposeTo ensure that sales in the existing customer base are maintained and that new sales opportunities are

    identified and secured resulting in additional Gross profit and New Unit sales for Konica Minolta.

    My Every Day JobsWhat are the key activities I should do every day, to be successful in my role?

    General

    Put customers and people at the heart of all activity ensuring the customers are treated as people and people

    as customers at all times

    Represent the company by own appearance and behaviours in line with the delivery of world class standards

    Core

    Sell directly to specified accounts and new business opportunities

    Achieve or exceed the sales and activity targets that have been set on an ongoing basis

    Explain/demonstrate the benefits of the range of Konica Minoltas business solutions Gain and attend qualified appointments with customers who are in need of one or more of Konica Minoltas

    business solutions on a weekly basis. (Minimum quantity will be set by the Company). Specifically, via the

    telesales sessions required by the commercial division

    Assess customers needs and present options to improve their business performance promoting the value of

    the Konica Minolta solutions and ongoing support

    Understand and achieve the targets regarding solutions business as critical to the growth of KM

    Provide professional quotations for customers and negotiate a favourable outcome maintaining any ongoing

    service/support profitability

    Ensure 100% usage of the companys CRM system, recording and updating all appointments and activity as mandated in

    the CRM procedure.

    Manage time to achieve the key performance indicators for the role, understanding the key ratios (activity tobe successful- first appointments, demonstrations etc.)

    Ensure that all business transactions written are in line with Company policies and standards

    Provide ongoing accurate forecasts for the Commercial Sales Manager

    Update the Companys customer relationship management system at all times in a timely manner

    Observe H&S, HR & Company procedures at all times and ensure that the company assets Im responsible for

    are kept to the required standard

    Carry out other projects/duties as required by the Commercial Sales Manager

    Relationships & Communication

    Attend & participate in meetings as requested

    Work closely with the Commercial Sales Manager to ensure all opportunities/accounts are allocated to the

    correct sales team considering the Companys overall objectives

    Utilise the support available from other departments to maximum effect e.g. Marketing, Service, PPD, HR etc.

    Self Development

    Appraise own performance and contribute towards own development of the knowledge & skills required to

    achieve results

    Attend training and contribute towards own improvement as requested
