2. Unit cost parameters used by the Municipal Engineering Office in their infrastructure projects (e.g. labor rates, cost per unit items, materials).

3. Inventory of Service Providers, Legitimate Contractors and Suppliers should be conducted to provide references to the community during planning stage.

4. Inventory of available equipment of the municipality to include its capability output and POL products consumption

Copy of municipal profile and necessary maps and inventory of existing & proposed infrastructure of the Comprehensive land Use Plan (CLUP) in the municipality.

Matrix of cost parameters, unit cost and current labor rates used by the LGU with concurrence from the municipal engineer

Matrix of Service Providers, Contractors, Suppliers with their respective field of expertise, address and contact numbers

Inventory of available equipment with their respective rental rates with concurrence from the municipal engineer
