This project involved undertaking the base build works for a new Rolex store based within the prestigious One Hyde Park building in Knightsbridge. Scott Osborn completed the majority of the base build works enabling Rolex's specialist Swiss fit out contractor Obrist to commence on site. We then continued the remainder of our works on site whilst coordinating and managing Obrist's specialist installations. Scott Osborn's works comprised the installation of ceilings, partitions, WC accommodation, and Mechanical & Electrical installations.
