with 10 Frames

“We started with a ten frame. Then we rolled a dice to see how many counters we put on.”

“The person who put the last counter on won.”

“Some of changed the game to make it harder or different.”

“If you roll a 6 you can only put 6 on there.”

“Lucy and I when we rolled a 6 we put 6 on but if we rolled a 6 again then you have to roll again.”

Gabe and I made a new rule which was if you roll a 6 you get to roll again.

I knew there was 27 because 3 lots of 10 is 30 and then there is 3 spots missing to it must be 27.

The trick was if there was lot to go you picked the small numbers but if there wasn’t many more to fill in then you picked the bigger number.

“If the ten frame is full there is 10.”

“When we were playing I learned if there was only 1 space left and it was your turn you were going to win.”

“I got quicker at telling how many there was the more we played.”

“If Archie had 4 and I had 6 I rolled a 2 and then I won.”
