† We have collected comments for the Rollo outlines that will be added before the commencement of the next weekend

† Today, the intent is to review the BIG ideas, the themes, the one liners, the takeaways from each of the lay rollos given on a weekend

† Themes were developed based on our discussions of the last 4 months; but our goal today is to approve/modify the themes

Rollo: Layperson in the Church

We should be apostles with a spirituality that empowers our lives which are lived based on Christian Criteria

Actual Graces are gifts from God to help us on our journey if we choose to accept them

Rollo: Habitual Grace

Permanent Divine love and protection freely given by God; we are created Christ like

We need to live our lives with an ideal: a collection of ideals, goals, preferences, choices; that are our life's driving force

Rollo: Piety

Piety is being with God; loving God. We need to make the choice to be with God.

SoL Closing Prayer

† Dear Lord, we must have fraternal charity, or we can accomplish

nothing for you.

† In loving you, help us to have a genuine concern for one another, a

generosity in sharing one another’s burdens, a gallantry in

defending the reputation of our group, a sincere sympathy in

sharing one another’s suffering and sorrows, and a joy in sharing

their spiritual growth.

† By this shall all men know that we are your Apostles. Amen.
