Roman Army

The Roman Army had a good army. They had to be tough to join. The emperor used the romans to protect Rome from any danger. The romans had to serve in the army for 25 years to become a citizen of Rome. They fought with short swords, daggers for stabbing and a long spear to throw. They also used a shield and armor for protection.
