onto the balcony. She does not know that Romeo is in the garden because it is dark. She is talking to herself about how she is in love with Romeo. Romeo tells her he has heard what she said. He says he loves her too. They decide to get married in secret. Romeo will arrange the wedding and Juliet will send a messenger in the morning to find out what he has arranged.
